No, and we have already had massive amounts of threads on various GTA IV graphics mods, and that vid is pretty poor quality anyways.
GTA IV doesn't have mod tools, Rockstar has been trying to stop modding with newer patches, what people can do with the game is pretty limited. Is there a Batman mod for GTA IV? If not, fail on that mod community.

Most of the world geometry is still the same, what abou thte characters when they enter and exit the cars? After the cars get damaged... do they look lik ethe original cars exploding?
Mods liek thsi are nice, if you want a few things changed but unless its a full game complete mod, it doesnt interest me much.
Why would that make me forget about GTA5? So what if it makes GTA4 look better. It is still the same game. It doesn't make the game itself better. Still the same map. Still the same people. Still the same missions.really guys can xbox360 and ps3 do this ?

But to to answer your question. No consoles can not do that.
whats even funnier is that if the 720 and PS4 get a GTA looking like that and the wiiu get one that looks like the current console GTA4 the very same people saying "meh" will absolutely go to town on the wii...claiming its last gen kiddy trash and that nintendo are once again behind the times. progress is great...but only when sony and MS say its great it seems.Funny that GTA IV seems to be the most overrated and boring games this gen until it gets a mod that adds nothing except aesthetic differences.

As far as boss fights go that was pretty standard. The one thing it did that I liked was that it didn't lock you in to some confined space. you could pretty much go where you wanted. But, can the PC do this...

PC could technically do it, but the controls wouldn't be anywhere near smooth enough to play. M/Kb combo has to be the worst way to play games I've ever felt. Of course, I haven't tried Kinect.

You know you can use a gamepad on a PC, right?
I've been trying to get my DS3 working well on it, but Motionjoy kinda sucks, and I can't see purchasing a seperate gamepad just for use on PC.

I haven't had a single problem with Motioninjoy so far and I've been using it for about a year now. Pretty much total control over any controls. Even managed to get BC2 working pretty well (aiming sucks because its a controller, can't emulate a mouse) using custom settings.
ok ill be the odd one out and say it, yes....slvrraven9
Not with those graphics. Never could and never will.

The sticks don't register when I plug it back in. I got it to work once, but after I disconnected it, it stopped registering everything again.

Can't unplug it while in use/in-game. Have to wait for it to recognize the controller first (I always hit enable and vibration testing to just make sure its really connected.)
I have had that happen to me though. I plugged it in, use Motioninjoy to uninstall the controller (2nd tab at the top I believe) then reinstalled it. Haven't had a problem since across 3 computers.

You mean do overhyped flops? No thanks.
Are you guys all serious? did anyone actually watch the video? it looks like some idiot just filmed the 360/ps3 version off screen. That doesnt even look like a modded gta4, there are so many better videos to demonstrate what that mod can do.
Gator08
Of course not. They all saw Gamingbolt in the link and ran away :P
Any one notice how no affects are running no padestrians, 3-5 other vehicles are seen on the road its a clear day so no rain affects...etc
There is a reason for it it would send the preformance to half a frame a minute.

Someone's jelly they don't have a ps3.Do the same people who revile the game for those faults show off the graphix and make mod threads? I think not. I'm one of those who think the game isn't anything great, and graphics mods will not make it any more fun to play.Funny that GTA IV seems to be the most overrated and boring games this gen until it gets a mod that adds nothing except aesthetic differences.
