Hey, you're back, even Gametrailers and I say it's better than the PS2.

like it's not even close.

The ps1 was also better than the Ps2 cuz of spyro, crash, tekken 123, re 123, fear effect, FF7, FF Chronicles, Silent Hill, and Tomb Raider.

And don't give me a list of bad Ps2 games pls to debate me. I'll tell you if the Ps2 game is good or not

SNES had like 10 good games and a few great ones and that's it. Nostalgia means nothing (even great games like Super Mario World are boring now).

PS2 has 100+ good games and tons of great ones.

The MegaDrive was better than the SNES by miles.

The SNES is my favorite system, which automatically makes it greater than the PS2 to me. I thought the PS2 was a high-quality system, but there weren't too many games I was interested in.

N64 beats both of em IMO.

I can beat that list in like 3 games - Grand Theft Auto III, Final Fantasy X, and God of War. Add God of War II, Gran Turismo 4, Devil May Cry, Resident Evil 4, Shadow of the Colossus, ICO, Katamari Damacy, Kingdom Hearts, Tekken 5, Twisted Metal: Black, SOCOM, Guitar Hero II, Suikoden III, Okami, Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, Dragon Quest 8, Metal Gear Solid 3, and so much more unknown ****cs (like Maximo, Okage, Dark Cloud, etc. etc.)

Looney Toons Basketball? TMNT: Tournament Fighters? You are letting nostalgia get to your head!

Oddly enough, those 2D sprites hold up better on my HD set than the 3D PS2 games. And nope, it's not nostalgia at all. SNES has better playing games, too.

Part of the reason is that gaming itself had improved with the PS2, especially with the Nintendo's censorship tyrancy in the past.

How exactly they "hold up" better? Because I can name a few factors and games against that. Also you can't say SNES games played better by default, both consoles had their good a and awful broken games as well (AVGN) and having a technical upper hand PS2 offered more variety in terms of gameplay as well.
