My friend's 360 that he bought 1 year and 2 weeks ago bit the dust. Because the warrenty was up he has to shell out another $120+ for the fix and then another $60 for a 2 year warrenty on the fixed system.
On top of that, the guy he talked to on the phone was incredibally rude.
