Jack Tretton has non existent presence, needs to work on that. Definitely Reggie but no one beats Kaz Hirai!

the way Reggie talks and everything only makes me want to punch him in the face. And I'm a pacific guy, I never have any urges to punch anybody but Reggie? Not even Steve Balmer is that bad and that's saying a lot. :o

Reggie is more entertaining and just seems like a cool nice guy. Jack Tretton has an over sized ego because he is trying to make up for his under sized schlong.

Jack Tretton is just a moron.

I really don't like Don Matrick, the original X360 team were the best (J Allard,Peter Moore, Robbie Bach), they managed to do really good partnerships with EPIC (Tim Sweeney, Cliff Bleszinski, Mike Capps) ,Techmo's Tomonobu Itagaki, Rockstar,Square Enix, and getting John Carmack to join Microsoft advisory board.

Unlike PS team, they used to listen to developers and take their advice on what to include/exclude when developing their hardware. Now I feel the Xbox team is a big pile of mess that we're only going to see the real impact of Don Matrick's management next gen.

Also, I like Sony's camp more than Nintendo. Phil Harrison in particular was really good and I also like Kaz, he's not a good presenter, but he's likable.

And finally, here is what I believe the most charismatic presenter I've witnessed in my lifetime
