Remeber Greys of War? Time to throw it back: DrabZone 2 its finally Grey!

Remember a certain catch phrase from 06 and it'll rekindle some nice memories: Drabs of War, Greys of War, etc. Cows really made that line popular.

Well since half of SW is anticipating the release of Killzone 2, I feel that its an appropriate time to Official bring it back with a nice twist.

I give you GreyZone 2, its finally grey and Drab.

Tired of seeing colors all the time. Need a new update in new grey palletes? Look no further.

Seriously I see 15 shades of grey, is that even possible? Well it is possible in GreyZone 2.

And can anyone find a Killzone 2 image that has other colors than shades of grey, brown, and red?

I see brown in that pic. I demand my money back. Besides it's not as if no one else has been saying this for the past, what, 2 or 3 years?

With a game called Killzone you don't really expect to see nice, pretty lush enviroments. I want a nice gray enviroment I can paint red, becuase that's what first person shooters are all about, bringing colour back into a dead world. Oh wait, no that's something else...

Atmosphere really. Sometimes it's just inaproperiate to use a wide colour palette, such as with GeoW and KZ 2. It's why games like Metroid Prime, which throw a bit of colour into the mix, looked truly spectacular, even on the old GameCube. It had both colour and immense atmosphere. Not an easy thing to pull off well.

I like how they point out "it's not the first Gears of War", because Gears of War 2 has some very beautiful and colorful environments. I haven't seen any of that in Killzone 2, but I guess there will be color.

Those controls don't sound very good. Very much like Reistance: Fall of Man. Insomniac changed those controls for a reason with R2. I didn't think games still used the whole clicking of the R3 button to zoom. Seems so outdated when you play Resistance: Fall of Man.

I like how they point out "it's not the first Gears of War", because Gears of War 2 has some very beautiful and colorful environments. I haven't seen any of that in Killzone 2, but I guess there will be color.

How mature, doing the same thing they did. Makes you looks as foolish as them. You're no better. Gears and Killzone are SUPPOSED to look like that. They aren't some happy go lucky fantasy games. They're in worlds scarred by battle, huge epic wars, they're supposed to have that dark, and gritty feeling. The colors make no difference, it won't take away from the gameplay or graphics. Grey or not Killzone 2 still looks awesome. This thread is failSnowVilliers
