it's been 9 months since. geez. in those 9 months we, ps3 owners, have had inFamous, Fat Princess, Batman AA, Uncharted 2, Brutal Legend, Demon's Souls etc. Killzone 2 is a great game, but everyone will remember it had the games that came out after it were all crappy. but those games are great as well.

How come it seems to have fallen off the face of the Earth?

It hasn't...It's still regularly played by many every single day. Literally Dozens of 32 player servers online...

We arent all limited to gears and halo, or a variation of the two.

There are too many exclusives goddamit!

I don't even know what you're referring to with that statement. What difference? Tons still play Killzone 2 heavily online. I don't see what you're getting at. It's like your acting ignorant to the dozens upon dozens of servers online of Killzone 2 just to make a fanboyistic argument.

Sure, it's not mentioned on System Wars much anymore. But so what? Neither is RE5, inFamous, Halo ODST, etc. All are great games and sold millions. A game doens't have to be mentioned on System Wars to be recognized as an amazing game.

Did you play Infamous and like that game. I thought that game was very meh. 7.5 at best.

I played Infamous and would give it a 7.5 as I thought it was a complete borefest.

This is a pretty vague implication.

Killzone 2 still maintains the same amount of pages with full rooms on their server list, so I really dont know what your talking about.

Hell, I just played it 2 days ago.

Speaking of Killzone though, their one advertisement sure sucked. I hope they promote it through the new PS3 Ads.

Like alot of hyped games this gen.....It was nothing more than a flavor of the month.

I still havent beaten that coward. Im playing on hard and finding it near impossible. Perhaps I shall beat him on an easier difficulty, get the trophy, and then go back and beat him on hard.

Yeah, that was clearly broken and just put in there to play with 2 different power configurations. I just foundit to bealot of jumping around the fighting was just a run and hide and then godo the same type of missionsto restore powerborefest to me. Too bad you couldn't drive any vehicles and I thought the plot was so unbelievable that it made me cringed.I did like the atmosphere but that was about it.

That really is not true or fair for any game. Hype is supposed to be an anticipation before release. Its the calm before the storm when fanboys all hold their breath to see the verdict, allowing them to judge it in their war. Its nothing more than a weapon for fanboys, and a deal breaker for potential buyers. When the game releases, theres the initial fanboy victories, fanboy ownage, and then the overrated threads start pouring in eventually. People simply breathe a sigh of relief when a game is set to release, and after that, it is enjoyed by many people-- especially outside our little world of System Wars.

Or WWF Just Bring it Smackdown game to WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2006. Just look at the graphics jump in that game.

Anyways, as for inFamous, and in general, these games can only get better IMO.

I don't see topics concerning RE5 very often anymore, but I guarantee it sold a few copies. :P KZ2 was awesome. Maybe overhyped, but I love the game. Hahadouken

Oh you're playing on hard:? He was pretty challenging even on normal but I guess it'll be a breeze after hard.

After playing KZ2 I find it hard to start Resistance. The visuals/gameplay kinda turn me off...

Cause it was boring and is no longer the best looking game on consoles

Yeah I just checked and that is the exact one I got.I wasn't sure what it was just that it didn't take me as long as Ithought it would. I remember being in the palace and it took me forever to get the chance though to fight Radec. Trying to kill those rocket launchers was a pain in the you know what with the sniper rifle.

Its personally up for GOTY for me right with uncharted 2 and others. I really loved infamous. Back on topic KZ2 isint talked about any more cause it came out way early in the year,but I do see it brought up once in a while in topics. Its my FPS MP of the year.
