Seriously, why are so many people close minded? Just because a predessor scores low and isn't that good. doesn't mean the next will fail, developers can learn from there mistakes, right? K2's budget is massive, add the 100 extra people working on it and first class Sony support since they are fully behind the title...don't be suprised if the game scores good and does MUCH better than its previous one, BTW since when has a SONY title flopped?

The difference in development is HUGE, and impressions and preview state the game not only looks AMAZING but plays great.

unfortunately Resistace2 has not come & gone everywhere... over here in EU its not released yet so us europeans are still waiting anxiously for this game :)

as regards KZ2, it will get its fair share of hate (again) in the coming months, but thats ok... am still hyped for this game and surely Guerilla will deliver a great FPS... as i said in other threads for me KZ2 will be an amazing shooter and since review scores are essential in SW i guess it will get solid 9/10 scores (or even higher)

9.0 seems ideal, so far I can see it getting 9.0 atleast, I doubt much more.

But I wont predict anything, instead I'll just wait and see.

Not gonna happen, I liked the first a lot actually, it had its flaws and problems but the core idea and conept was awesome, shame the PS2 held it back and the devs having little experience. Now with the PS3 being a Powerhouse, we won't be getting those same issues, the gameplay seems way more improved and overall better, expecially with the animations (best i've seen) the game screams FUN and intense, IMO.

after haters/fanboys been served with all the bashing they've done for R2, since they were so sure R2 would be just an average shooter which would get average to good scores, am sure they will think more before bashing/criticising KZ2 and backing up their opinions with ridiculous points...

thank god i have good memory and remember many posters stating that Geow2 will stomp on R2 in every aspect, specially in the overall quality and SCORES... am not saying that Geow2 wont rank higher or sell better, but from reviews out so far it looks like they are getting pretty much equal scores form every site/mag....

Personally having both consoles am happy cause i'll get to enjoy both games, and i'll also get to enjoy KZ2 once released..
