Resistance or Halo?

I used to own both Games but,

I prefer Resistance

All achievements for Halo 3

All Skill points for Resistance

Not really, I enjoyed Halo 3's Story more but Resistance online was soo awesome

Halo. No question in my mind, at all.

I still play Halo 3 on Live, and I played both Halo and Halo 2 for years in LANs and on Live.

Halo is definately better than the first resistance. But i think resistance 2 will destroy the whole halo series.wiidog

Some one said RFoM had a better story and could not believe someone could honestly say that so just making sure on RFoM story.RFoM is just another WW2 game but with aliens correct? Halo has a better story, but you have to read the books to really be able to get into it. The games never did a great job of letting the players know how deep the story actually is, atleast that's what I thought. Resistance doesn't have a very good story being told inside the game either, though.

I think to have a good story it doesn't matter about the concept. What matters is the execution. I bet someone could tell you a good story involving a talking salmon having a nice warm dinner with the local giraffe who is an undercover applestealer from Norway.

I didn't really like the execution overall of Resistance, but it moved the game along nicely and told what needed to be told.

I guess you would hype gears2 horde feature too but in reality Resistance2 has live humans in multiple numbers not just bots.

It's clearly a good game. The first had top notch gameplay and great AI; it had to because of the cover and maneovre gameplay. But you hate on the number of enemies. So they up the number of enemies and you hate on that too.

Had you even played the game you'd know you cant take on that many enemies at once because the gameplay wouldnt work; you'd be over run and dead in no time. With enemies taking cover, and being so hard to kill; how can you have the player up against 50 bad guys at once? You cant. Simple.

depends on which halo you mean. if you mean the first one i would definitely go with halo but if you meant the halo 2, my vote goes definitely to resistance. i haven't played halo 3 yet so i can't give you my opinion on that. resistance is definitely not a bad game and many people hate on it too much IMO.

I was hyping Haze. I didn't praise its final product.

Gears' flanking was atrocious and it only took about 7 on-screen opponents for the AI to get dysfunctionally stupid.

He is, by far, more tied into the story of Resistance than MC is with Halo. MC just takes orders and has to be lead by plot developments discovered by other characters. Hale was actually able to make his own way through the story.
