    Congrats. The best game for the PS3 sold better than an average title for the 360. PD:Z could have been great, and multiplayer was really good, but Rare dropped the ball badly on the single player campaign

    However, with the quality of R:FOM, its sad it only has a limited installed base to sell to. If it had the PS2's base to sell to, you would be looking at a 3 million seller, easily.

Its pretty safe to say that it will hit one million worldwide by the end of March after all of the numbers come back , but I am wondering if it can be a 2 million seller ?

    If he is going by same time sales numbers, fine, but that was never stated. If he is guessing R:FOM will pass PD:Z, he is making assumptions, which is never a good thing.

 Most definitely, its already close to 1 million with just US and Japan sales, it was one of the most pre-ordered titles in Europe as well...four months out its nearly at what PDZ was in all three territories 9-10 months out..and PDZ was it's top-selling title at launch.

Unknown right now..we do know that its gotten very good pre-orders in Europe though. Admittedly it didn't do too well in Japan, but that genre is miniscule in following there compared to even the US so we'll have to see how the US and European numbers are.

Do you want me to tell you what Zelda Sold for Wii. resistance cost more to make than Zelda so jokes on everyone. Maybe even sony should sell there games multiplatform for the time being they can easly sell 3 million resistances on Xbox 360 , those players actually love FPS unlike many of the Cows who been bashing FPS since Halo 1 and now Resistance is the best FPS (it's not)lol.peacebringer

good sales for resistance. good sales but the 360 has had big sellers also. and zelda a launch title for the wii has sold alot more than resistance. i believe the last number was 2-3million worldwide. but resistance is obviousaly PS3s biggest game so far. oblivion wont get bigger sales numbers because of the success of the 360 and PC versions. but i say heavenly sword will be the next good seller for PS3.jg4xchamp

I finished R:FoM last night and I honestly believe it doesn't deserve a 7/10.  It reminds me of PDZ in a way, both had potential and neither delivered.  I question whether some people that say resistance is so awesome have ever played a good shooter before.  The way the windows smashed was the only next gen thing about the game.  If i'd known it was another average FPS, I would have waited till xmas to pick up my PS3. CoD2 XBL>R;FoM PSN. Motorstorm on the other hand is good, but it was clearly rushed and needs more tracks on disc.
