Resistance vs Killzone

Both are pretty similar, and both franchises are following a similar structure (a main trilogy, a PSP game and an upcoming Vita game). Which one would you say is better? Resistance is definitely more consistent, IMO, and it has a great story, but Killzone 2 is one of the best shooters I've ever played, and Killzone 3 is very good too. So while Resistance is more consistent, Killzone has a larger impact on me.

Um Resistance because it at least has a different outlook on the Genic SCI FI FPS Genre

both are great even tho they are different. R2 was sort of dry but still pretty good, R3 was freaking great, K3 made alot of improvements and had so much potential but didnt do wat alot of the things we expected it to do. I say its a tie, cuz each does wat they other doesnt, and each has something they do great. They are for different people tho, I like them both.

They arent similar at all, IDK what you are playing TC. I'll just give my vote to Resistance not cuz its better but becuz its the game Im playing right now. I feel like poping in KZ3 right now tho.

Both are great, butI prefer Killzone series because its cutting edge graphics and because KZ2 has one of the best SP campaigns I played this gen and KZ3 has one of the best multiplayers (out of shooters) I have played this gen. I hated the stupid enemy AI in Resistance 2 and only played demo and MP beta of Resistance 3 so far...

Resistance 3>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Killzone 2>>R1&2>K3

I've played Resistance: FoM and Killzone 2 and I found Killzone 2 to be superior. It has better level design, better pacing, it looked much better (Resistance is ugly) and had better multiplayer.

I've played the second Resistance, the second Killzone, & the third Killzone. Out of those three titles I would definitely say Killzone 3 is the best. I think Killzone 3 has quite possibly the best graphics that I've ever seen. The controls in Killzone 3 are also masterful. Some negative things I might say about Killzone 3 are that I found the gameplay to be slightly repetitive & the campaign seemed like it should have been a couple hours shorter because the last few hours dragged.

Killzone is much better than Resistance IMO, but Halo beats both (by far).

Resistance is the better series imo.

I actually like both series..

R1 - Average Visuals, Solid SP campaign, Good online

R2 - Good Visuals, Slighlty above average SP campaign, Great online

R3 - Good Visuals, Great Sp Campaign, Good online

KZ1- Average to Good game

KZ2- Great Visuals, Good SP Campaign, Great Online

KZ3- Again Great Visuals, Great SP campaign, Great Online

Personally I like both series of games :)

Ive only played Resistance 3 and Killzone 3 but i thought Resistance single player was much better.

I liked Halo:CE alot better.In my opinion.

I have to go with Killzone, outside of the first Resistance game, the series has been pretty dull and Resistance 3 was pretty bad....not like Haze bad it just didn't feel as good as the first game.

Killzone but i voted for Halo FTW !!! Halo is the only thing that keeps me a happy 360 gamer in these times of kinect madness. Killzones mulitplayer is fun.

Resistance by a landslide. Killzone blows tremendously. The SP game is completely pointless and worthless. Resistance's single player is far more coherent and fun. No contest whatsoever.
