PS1=Better than saturn for 3D games. Look at the Toshinden series on ps1 then saturn.

Saturn=Better than PS1 for 2D games. Look at X-Men vs Street fighter on ps1(you can only play one character, no switching in and out). Saturn version was arcade perfect. Saturn+4MB ram cart=2D heaven during that generation.
