Righ I have had all 3 consoles and sold both the wii and xbox 360...

Okay so about a year ago I started with the 360.. I really wished I had done my research on this, if I had known all the facts I wouldnt have bought it I endedup spending the same amout I would on a PS3! I only bought it because I it was the cheapest and I wanted to experience online gaming! in the end after saving all my money for all the gold member ship wireless adapter etc. the 360 got the RROD I then got another and again RROD to the point I just sold it on. I waited a few months then got a wii... I really enjoyed playing but after a few months I found the online games availble were limited in comparison to the PS3 and XBOX and tbh the wii is dying just how the gamecube died! Also the graphics suck I wont lie... and yeah you can say crap like 'who cares about gfx its all about game play, BUT seriously we've had the PS2 graphics already so its fair that we ahould move on with technology. ANYWAY today I sold the wii on, and scrambled enough to get a preowned 40GB PS3..its taking some time getting used to the controls, after using the wii remote is very different... I probs wont sell the PS3 on now as Ive had all 3 and this seems like the best choice overall BUT in all honesty if 360s didnt have the RROD problem and had built in wifi with free internet it would seriously be my number one console.

So yeah thats the voice of someone whos been through the lot, not really a systems war because I can see individual reasons why people would get each console.

you never mentioned anything about today, besides why sell your wii when you were member of a clan in a wii game, because that generally shows a big deal of interest in the console. Finally, your tendency to resorting to insults isn't exactly helping

Well TC I have all three now. I got my ps3 in 2007 and it's my main console but it has a case of ylod, which I can't afford to fix until early february. I got my gf a wii for xmas right before my ps3 got ylod. I borrowed a friend's 360 in december after I got ylod bc he doesn't use it and there were a few exclusives I wanted to play on it. Now that I have played the few exclusives that have appealed to me on 360 (Gears1 &2, Halo 3 (meh)) and after I finish ME2 I will be done with the 360 and will likely have my ps3 fixed. For me, ps3 was the best choice based on value (wifi, bluray, free online, Backwards compatibility w/ my 60 gb ps3) and game library, but I am a gamer before I am fanboy so I will admit that there are good games on other systems. I just prefer ps3

if he is trying to promote a game on the wii. then why would he talk negatively about it on the forums? and he hasnt insulted anyone.

1. It seems very fishy. He seems more like a console basher than an unhappy customer.

2. People usually sell their consoles to get another one or because they need to afford something else. He seems to sell them off for no reason.

RROD send it in to microsoft get it fixed turn around for this problem is fast about a week and a half if you don't like that buy another one. ;)

NO B/S I sent mine in twice before I sold it to my cousin and he is still playing it. Got the Console Jan. 06 sent it in becuase it kept freezing got it back and it was a different console checked serial number took 1 week and a couple of days. Came back on military leave Disc tray got stuck so I ripped it out got my 360 repaired and took only 1 week and a couple of days. Now, after I sold the console becuase it didn't have hdmi port my cousin playing it same console I've had since Jan. 06 There is my life story on my first Xbox 360 Microsoft customer service was cool no hassle unlike some other (2) big console makers.
