Okay, I've been looking into the Ring of Death conspiracy scrutinously. And I've come to the assumption that either everyone who has gotten one is an idiot, or a MS hater. I myself have had the so called "Ring of Death" THREE TIMES! And don't say, "Oh well you probably THOUGHT you had it" NO! It was the three glowing red lights and it was the so called "Ring of Death" and after THREE Rings of Death, my 360 still works perfectly. I'll even take a video next time it happens. You know how I magically fixed the "unfixable" problem? Blew on the vent, then it "magically" turned on. My final conclusion...Ring of Death was a conspiracy started by either Sony or Nintendo fanboys. I could care less about your opinions, cause you're just going to say "omgzorz what a lyin lozer lem lolz, he cants accept sonyz gratnez ha ha lolz!!!!!!!!1111111111111" whatever. You're gay if you even decide to use such horrid grammar, and go ahead a call me a liar, I and three of my friends know I'm not. So, yeah, theres my conspiracy theory for the day.

P.S. flame me all you want, I'm leaving this board, mostly because I know the trolls will come aknocking, and trolls are boring.

Yes.. its a fraud made up by fanboys. Especially when MS acknowledges the problem and extends the warranty for 3 years just for that exact problem.

Flamebait, huh?

Just because you don't see it happen, doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

MS admitted that every console is potentially faulty due to it's manufacture :| People who say they've had 3 is believable. 4 is pushing it, but 5 or 6 or more, no way.

So now even though MS admits to the problem existing there are still some MS fanboys who deny it ever happening? Aliens must have brain-napped everyone on MS to make them admit that the 360 has the RODD.

I know a lot of people with the 3red rings was able to get get their consoles working again, even a friend of mine was able to. But the problem is more then real when MICROSOFT themselves EXTEND the warranty of the 360 by two years, and this warranty ONLY covers the RED RINGS OF DEATH. Which means that of course there is a problem.

Or it means so many people are in on this that even if Microsoft can't find a problem they have to do something to get you whiners to shut up. And I've already notice that 4 of the people who have posted so far are DEFINITE Sony fanboys, don't even deny it.

Well apparently dropping your 360 down the stairs isn't a flaw causer. Cause I've done that twice, three rings of death, and a kick to the case, and mine still works. Maybe mine is made of titanium, and I just got luck to find one.:D

video or your lieing. A Gamecube wouldhave trouble putting up with that much abuse and that thing is a beast when it comes to reliablility. I want to see you drop your 360 down your stairs and then plug it in and play it.

Yes. We want to see videophotographic evidence of this.

Uhoh... soon, lemmings will be blowing into their disc trays and constantly pressing the open/close button on the 360.

Well let me give you one advice... if you do a headstand while doing it, it is more effective. JUST LIKE THE NES DAYS!
