Robocop Rouge city Expansion/Followup sequel coming.

Excellent game. very underrated.

Been curious on the game but have very little nostalgia to the movies, is this a game made for fans or anyone can pick-up and play..

I think the first movie is a masterpiece and kind of like RoboCop 2, but see no point in playing a video game. Don't care.

@RSM-HQ: it's for both. It's probably the most simplistic shooter ever made but it's very fun. I'm playing through it now on PlayStation. I think it's only $9 right now.

@uitravioience: Yeah I've seen it on sale a few times here too. The trailers make it look very fun, most these licence games just so happen to suck. The general vibe I get from Robocop is it's one of the exceptions to that rule.

I guess that's why it was $9.99 on PSN this past week (sale is over today). I'm glad this game is getting more content. They did a good job and it's nice for fans to get some more. I heard it runs well on the Steam Deck too.

Just bought Rogue City, 80% off Steam.

Did Hermits do something good for once and bring out a third person viewpoint mod for it, because it would suck to play it in first person.

It loses all of its appeal when all you can see is a gun 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

This is my favourite game in recent years.

When I played it, I skipped almost all of the upgrade except for one: armor.

You can get to a point where you can bounce back 9mm rounds to enemies with your armor and you start to feel like Robocop.

Adding to that the ability to grab enemies and throw them through windows from 500 foot buildings.

This is gonna be a day one buy. I wanna support Teyon and the amazing games they create.

@theformless: Played it a few months ago with some hdr tweak. Honestly quite spectacular to see this burning los angeles and laser guns flying over you in hdr.

But yeah it was more of a scavenging game and honestly, I loved every second of it. Also played through the DLC.

Its more of sequel. set after first game.

And then flashbacks where you play as Alex Murphy before Robocop?

Excellent game. It captured the spirit of the movie so well, I started playing the movies on my other monitor while I played it.

I had an itch to replay this game. I wanted to do a Twitch stream of a playthrough but they disable the licensed audio which I'm not going to lie really sucks when you're trying to show off to others just how awesome the game is. Gonna replay through Teyon's other gem for now, Terminator Resistance, grabbed the X|S upgraded complete edition at a discount so still gotta get through that. Anyhoo, I'll hold off on replaying Robocop until the expansion hits for now.

I'm currently playing it and overall really enjoy it. Fair play to the devs: Robocop is a hard character to make a game around but they pulled it off. I like the first movie but I wouldn't be a die hard fan or anything. However I would still recommend the game.

Nice to see an expansion coming. I'll certainly pick it up.

Good game.

Just don't expect too much. It's what you would call a really good "bargain bin" game. But it's still a lot of fun, and really does a lot of good with the license.

They did a Terminator game that was pretty fun, too.
