I think what he was saying is that since 360 is a moddable console and PS3 still hasnt been modded, Rockstar Games released GTA4 on 360 and now they must be kicking themselves because people are pirating it on the 360.

That's completely dumb though because like 5% of gaming people know how to mod their 360, so I doubt Rockstar is losing a lot of money.

Doubt it. GTA4 is the type of game you'll pirate because the pirate copy comes out early, but then buy the retail version when it hits the shelves.
