This is pure ownage on Sony's part. It also just goes to show how inferior the Xbox is to the PS3. The Xbox's graphics card and processor just can't handle Severn's stasche.
And.... I've just been at competition with Braulio and Victor Estimacalled The Brittish Open(sadly i was overweight by 200 grams so could not compete). I've also had the honour of rolling with both in Gi and No-Gi, I was submitted in 5/10 seconds by both.
Gracie family varied the Style of Jiu-Jitsu (japanese martial arts) and it is now called Gracie Jiu-Jitsu or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as the style varied from a jack of all trades( Eye-Gouging, strikes. Throws, locks, chokes...) to ground fighting (No striking martial arts with emphasis on Chokes and submissions). Think of it as like a backwards Judo as judo is about Throws and putting them on floor while BJJ is about taking them to floor and doing damage there.

PRIDE>UFC You sound exactly like my friend as he loves Pride more so than UFC. I dont follow either to deeply and just watch Fights several weeks to months later rather than stopping up untill 3AM and watching them untill 6AM-ish and then going to bed then waking up at 8AM as i have to be at BJJ Class at 10.

pride was phenomenal. i loved the pre event presentations where they would role call every fighter on the nights card, the refs intigating action at all times and docking the pay of a fighter who wasnt pushing the action, and all of the big name fights they had on a consistent basis. sakuraba dislocating elbows with the best kimoras mma has ever seen, wanderlie in his prime dominating all fighters that came in front of him pretty much, and hanging in there with the best heavyweight class in mma history(mirko cro cop and the mark hunt fights were brutal), fedor in his prime ruling that heavyweight class... i give dana white alot of credit for showing the world about mma, but he would do mma gamerfans alot of justice if he put pride fighters in it as well, seeing how he bought the company out.

Dana/Fertitas bought Pride and killed it. I guess they didn't realize the potential for PRIDE/UFC title fights. Instead we get to watch tough guy reality stars. There are only a handfull of UFC fighters worth watching ( who fight once a year) where as nearly every PRIDE fight was between real world class fighters.
Are these DLC you have to pay for or they already come in the game?
Can't wait for UFC 111 in about an hour, actually it already started now but they're going to show the prelims on Spike than the event after on PPV or free else where.
I find UFC more fun to watch cept from last summer at my mates house where my ex tried to play it apart from that meh UFC is a sport to be watched seriously watching them getting injured is a little bit more lol worthy and conversation worthy after a few brewski's maybe thats just me tho.
It is also funny that Xbox users will have to pay 50 dollars a year to use the same Gamespy matchmaking service as PS3 users to play UFC online... again.

I own both, but I usually play my 360 a little more, so I was a little let down by this, especially with Jens being one of my better liked fighters. He has lost his last 3 or 4 fights, but I still think he has the potential. I will probably end up getting this one on the PS3 then, unless the 360 has its share of exclusive fighters also. Who knows? It seems like exclusives aren't really exclusives anymore, just timed exclusives, so I may just want and see.

He isn't pretty , but he gets the job done. Did you see how big Brock Lesnar looked beside Shane? Insane! PRIDE>UFC I like the UFC better, although there were things I liked about Pride better than UFC. I like how they yellow card them, and take some of their purse if they aren't engaging, and they are allowed knees to the head on the ground. A lot of great fighters have came over from Pride to the UFC even before Pride was bought out, so I wonder if the fighters knew something was going down? I just like the UFC better because of the presentation, lineup of fighters, and cage vs ring.
