What game do you guys think will be the best RPG game this year. I have a feeling Final Fantasy VII:CC or IV will take the cake since I doubt FF XIII will be coming out in 2008.

I'm voting for FFVII: CC One of the best ending IMO

its down to fable 2, fallout 3, crisis core and probably white knight story imo.

now remember the later the game comes out the easy it is to remember and that might help fable 2 or fallout 3 or white knight story.

Persona 4 no doubt.

The story involves a very confusing, but very in-depth, insight on sexual roles while paying homage to Americanism, Japanese Fanboyism, and TV idolism all in one 80-hour package.

The only thing close would be Fallout 3, if and only if it can push the genre as much as Persona is pushing it's story.

I'm interested in Fallout 3 and Fable 2.

I would have to say Fable 2. I like the previous fallout games but looking at oblivion right now it was nothing special and it got kind of boring after the first few hours. I also like Crisis Core but I just hate the combat system that they use for the new final fantasy games, they should have stayed turn based.

Also I think Lost Odyssey is a underated game it deserves alot more. And finaly I just can't get the hype for Too Human it looks like nothing special to me, id love to be wrong but I just can't see whats so good about the game.

I think 1 White Knight Chronicles will be a contender this year(because it is releasing this year :) )

but the winner will no doubt be

Fallout 3(because oblivion with guns is cool in the eyes of Gamespot....)

The real winner will be Fable 2 IMO. WHy? because I think Peter will deliver on his promises this time and RPG gamers will enjoy Fable 2.

Right now for me it is either World Ends With You or Crisis Core.

But, I completely believe that Fallout 3 is going to rip those two apart.
