Isn't Touchsense confirmed though? I haven't read much up on it but if that's true, I think its worth the purchase for something PS3 owners have had to wait on. Can't really blame Sony either in a sense because of their issues with Immersion. Buuuut for the fact that they didn't settle with Immersion, still puts the blame on Sony. Eh. It's what us early adapaters get. Shafted. Shouldn't people be used to this by now?

and cows should care why. dont people buy new controllers i bought more then 1 for the ps1 and ps2 i dont see any diffrence in this. didnt alot of people buy a halo3 controller.

there is a difference between buying a Halo controller and having to upgrade the PS3 controller. halo fan has a choice and would like to buy the gimick controller but having or not having the controller will not effect playing a game. PS3 fan is kinda forced to buy it if they want to enjoy rumble. 360 has rumble from the start so no one was forced to have to upgrade.

Really you are forced if you would like to have rumble. That is not a huge deal though I guess extra $50. I just think it is funny how many PS3 users are acting like this is a system seller feature now. 360 has had rumble from the get go. Heck this is a last gen feature not a system seller feature.

its not really that big of a deal because cows had the same thing happen with the ps1 controller. i dont think it happen to the ps2 controlller so in the back of our mind we knew that their was a new controller coming out thats why i didnt buy more then one sixaxis. i say its good that sony cares about what makes their fanbase happy. they saw they wanted rumble back and look rrumble's back. saw that people wanted cheaper ps3 and now their could be a 399 ps3 coming.
even though rumble shouldhave been in from the start, im very happy its back for the ps3 controller, and if it dosnt come in the fall for u.s. i will import from japan, ya diiiiiiiiigggggggggg

I'm getting rid of my 2nd controller before the new one comes out so there is at least a little more trade in value. I remember when they switched over from the dogbone to the dualshock and dogbones were worth next to nothing.
