Rumor!!! EA to buy THQ

Well SWers here's a new rumor what do you guys think. http://n4g.com/industrynews/News-398495.aspxI never heard of this site so take this with a grain of salt. I think it would be interesting to say the least the would then own the WWEfranchise while I think the UFC would jump ship Dana can't stand EA.

This is not a good thing. EA is already to big for its britches.

As long as I still get my Red Faction and Saints row I couldn't really care less, providing EA don't mess around with Volition of course.

Yeah but then they got almost all the combat sports covered. If this pans out it would be huge, I would have been worried about a year ago but EA seems to have righted their ship unlike Activision.

Cant think of one good game THQ done or wait Titan quest that must be only good that came from them.

Also, a quick search shows that they have published all of the Company of Heroes games as well as the Saint's Row games and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl.

THQ owns Relic and Relic have made, Homeworld, Dawn of war and expansions, Dawn of war 2, Company of Heroes. It would be a pity if EA was to acquire them.

Relic is one of the best RTS devs like westwood was until they were ruined by EA.

cool, the more funding THQ has, the more money they have to give to Rare. The more money they give to Rare the more DS games Rare can make :D
