RUMOR: Fallout 4 voice actor says Fallout 5 is already in pre-production.

Story:

The first major gaming related goof up for 2016 has arrived. Confirmation that Fallout 5 is already in development has leaked via a now removed Instagram post by one of the game’s voice actors.

So while this probably doesn't surprise many of us (especially when one considers how much Fallout 4 sold), it is interesting that Bethesda is already preparing for it (granted, pre-production requires just a very small team of thinkers to come with concepts/designs for the project).

As I've said in the title and above, please remember that until actual confirmation from Bethesda this is just a RUMOR.

I kinda left 4 hanging after I lost the interest but good news I guess.

Got Fallout 4. Played for a number of hours, somewhere between 5 and 10, wasn't having fun.

I tried twice now. Fallout just isn't my cup o' tea. In fact, tea isn't my cup of tea either; I'm a coffee guy.

Try New Vegas. Best modern RPG version of the series (if you play on PC you can get a number of mods to make it look better, which it does kinda need).

I agree, Obsidian did the best take on it so far (and with a limited time frame, budget and engine). It seems however that a return from them is near impossible....

Who knows though, sometimes the impossible does happen ;)

Same here. Bethesda's writing is god-awful and has nothing to do with the Fallout universe.

I just traded 4 in with only 7 hours put into it. I don't know why, because I loved 3 and NV, but this didn't interest me at all. RotTR was much more fun and Halo 5 was eating time as well for me. Maybe I'll pick it up down the road and try again

I'm more looking forward to the next TES... Granted still got to play through Fallout 4.. Which will happen one day.

Nah, man. I've tried with Fallout. The VATS gameplay isn't satisfying. The world is dull. It just isn't for me. Plus, I don't have a PC for those mods; I'd only have my PS3 for the game and we know how New Vegas ran there. :P

Pretty much sums up my feelings. FO3 and 4 are like a bad joke.

Hopefully the Crapthesda team is making ES6. How they will make it any more shallow than Skyrim I'm curious to find out.

I thoroughly enjoyed fallout 4... Hell, I would even say I was addicted to it.... I'm not gonna play another fallout in this gen however. There will be other games and different experiences worthy of my money when it comes out.

I actually enjoyed Fallout 4 more than I thought I would. The engine they use certainly shows its age by now, I hope they make some MAJOR modifications to it, change it to another engine or build a new one.
