i dont think its a stretch to think Rare is working on KI3. theyve been awfully quiet lately. if im not mistaken wasnt PD Zero and Kameo the last games they made on 360? and they were launch games. if not KI3 i can see them remaking the old ones for xbl. i have a good feeling we will definately see the new Banjo game this year. tikki25x

It would be nice to see an arcade perfect port of the original Killer Instinct. It seemed so amazing at the time.

Making a third game in the series would be a major project. In the whole history of fighting games you can list the truly great ones on two hands.

Viva Pinata is incredible,i played that game so much......then i broke it.

Its sold more then crysis and many PS3 games,and it looks pretty

Viva Pinata is incredible,i played that game so much......then i broke it.

Its sold more then crysis and many PS3 games,and it looks pretty

Well its been out far longer than Crysis - and is multiplatform - not to mentionCrysis broke a million in two months.

Viva Pinata apparently sold less than 40,000 copies in its first month(November 2006) - in the USA,Crysis 87,000 in the USA (exlcuding online), andbreaks million in two months.

Why even try and stick VP and Crysis together in comapring sales :|

VP doesent even compare to Crysis - sales wise

Its a decent game though, or so ive heard.

I have been waiting impatiently since hints at KI3 were put into Conker Reloaded, and Grabbed by the Ghoulies.

Hell, I'd even settle for an arcade perfect port on Live.

Ah, the good old days when arcades ruled...I have spent many hundreds of dollars on all of the Mortal Kombats, and Killer Instincts back in the day...

killer instinct was meant to be coming out ages ago but i havent heard anything about it until now...

it was great on the n64 i just hope it turns out just as good on the 360 ..

If you want to play fighers properly on your 360 you should defitnaly pickup one of these controllers - but that means spending extra.

Gues its the same with sony and the Dualshock 3 though - to a degree.

Quit kissing Nintendo's butt for a minute. At least come up for air once in a while. Saying stupid things like you just did is what makes people throw it in your face that a game like this would not be coming out on the Wii.

Well, we already know that KI3 is in the works. RARE never denied this and it will most likely be announced at the E3. There are a LOT of people who want this game, as the original KI was hugely popular. If RARE can get this out before X-Mas, it'll be a huge exclusive for the XBox 360. I would also like to see another Crimson Skies, Links 2008, Skies of Arcadia and a new BattleRoads exclusively for the 360. Microsoft, get busy.

I was shocked that Viva Pinata sold over 1 million copies. That's incredible. M$ might want to bring out a few more unique titles like that. I would have thought that Viva Pinata would sell better in Japan, then here in the states. Anyone remember Seaman for the Dreamcast? Japanese gamers usually eat up games like these.

I would be totally happy with a XBL port of the arcade version, with pumped up graphics. But for heaven's sake Microsoft design a new 360 controller with a better D pad. Has anyone tried using their 360 controller to play street fighter on XBL?

Do we really have to buy the $80 product just for we can use are ps2 controllers for fighting games?

There you go, here's one just for you.

Im not really into arcade sticks, so the madcats one seems the best, but id love them to release a 2d beat em up pad, which has 6 face buttons, im still unsure if I want to use the high shoulder buttons for the job, I found the high shoulder buttons on the X360 a tad uncomfortable. The're okay for occasional use but uncomfortable for consistent use.

Even in ace combat it can sometimes be uneasy to thrust/brake and yaw left and right while pulling of crazy maneuvers.
