Rumor - Killzone 2 Demo Before 2008

In an exclusive interview conducted by Gamereactor during the Games Convention event last week in Germany, Killzone 2 developer has hintedd that, a demo for Killzone 2 is surely on it's way to the PSN store.

The developer did not give a specific date as to when the demo will be hitting the Playstation Network, however, rumors are circulating that, it will hit shortly or a few weeks after Halo 3's launch on Microsoft's Xbox 360. I'm starting to think that no FPS will ever "rock" again. The genre has pretty much been kicked into the ground. I think HALO3 multiplayer is pretty much the ultimate evolution of how an FPS should feel and play.

according to IGN, who played the game unlike you, the game plays well and the graphics and amount of detail is amazing.

they also said the killings are satisfying.

I'm seriously worried for guerilla. By the time the demo comes they're probably outshined already by at least two fps. 11Marcel

Hmm.

I would love that, but it would be a smart move anyway as long as the demo is polished - if they can raise awareness about the game it could probably garner some attention.

But this is Sony. And they're against that.
