Rumor: PS4 Games Coming to PS Now for PC? Uncharted 4 Spotted

PS Now service for PC only brings PS3 games to the world’s biggest gaming and so far there is no mention of PS4 games being available on the platform. However, while marketing PS Now Sony may have accidentally leaked its plans to bring PS4 games to PC via its cloud streaming service.

You can clearly see Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End which is a PlayStation 4 exclusive game. This may indicate that Sony plans to bring PS4 games to PS Now for PC in the future. But of course, the use of Uncharted 4 while promoting PS Now may just be a mistake.

Lol this will end well. Maybe Sony is moving towards a streaming future all together.

If Sony really want to support their service, PSNow, they need to make it more appealing to consumers. I mean how are you going to have a rental service but have a limited selection. If they don't add newer content like PS4 games, expect PSNow to tank even more and cancelled as they offer their few subscribers some kind of money back hopefully.

Sony can either chalk up their purchase of Gaikai and their investments in the PS Now service as a complete failure and waste of millions of dollars or they can decide to put their newest and hottest content on the service, potentially on the same day as the console release, in order to instantly make it more appealing to consumers..

In the long run, which do you think they'll choose?.. I'd wager that eventually we'll see PS4 games on PC via PS Now and @tormentos will be claiming that those games are still exclusive because Sony has a warehouse full of remote PS4s that you're renting to play them..

I doubt its true. Xbox games first party games have multiplayer. Playstation games are mostly single player. Do you really need a Playstation for single player games?

Having PS Now you simply replace your physical PS3 with a remote PS3 but still is a PS3 and you pay sony to use them monthly,and not at a very good price.

I seriously doubt they would start adding current-gen games to PS now. MS can afford to push PC gaming since they also make windows, but the benefit for Sony would be minimal and they want people to buy the PS4 Pro

Yes, they are. They are bunch of idiots. Recently they tried to spin how Xbone S is a MUCH smaller vs. launch PS4. But of course, it isn't. Now they swallowed big pile of crows when PS4 Slim came out.

Whether this is PS Now or PS4 to PC streaming, PS4 games going to PS Now is only a matter of time. Sony launched the service to make money and old PS3 games will not do that to any great extent. I'm not sure if the handful of worthwhile PS4 exclusives will do it either.

Of course they are. It's far cheaper to run a streaming game service than it is to design, market and distribute a new console every 3 years. They just need to wait for internet speeds to be sufficient for the games to be played. I'm guessing that within 10 years dedicated console hardware will be obsolete.

Sony will have every 1st party PS game streaming in 1080P on PC using PS Now before the PS5 is released. lol!! El Tormo and QuackKnight will still be saying they are all exclusive games.

Depends a bit. If the hardware is locally then you are correct, but if it's actual PS Now streaming from somewhere else then it's not really an actual PS4, but like you said hardware that looks like it. Just like a PC is hardware that looks like an Xbox One
