Take with a grain of salt obviously but some interesting information here.

RAM number seems bogus. The 2080Ti has 11GB of vram and is the best 4K GPU. That to me makes it seem likely the next gen consoles will have 16GB max.
And why no RAM details? Why would we know CPU clock speed but not RAM type or bandwidth?
My fault; didn't realize the date. Originally saw it earlier today on here...

Regardless; still 2 weeks old ?
@dagubot: never thought i would see a site worse than Kotaku.
But according to your favorite forum, ResetERA, Kotaku is very reliable and has lots of journalistic integrity?
@FireEmblem_Man: Pfft, i restrain myself every time i see that. Don't want to get banned.
Now you see how big of drones everyone is in ResetERA, and why I'll never want to go sign up there? I only go there for some gaming leaks and sales thread. Everything else there is toxic

how many times you gotten banned so far? at least a few

PS4 Pro has 8 GB GDDR5-7000 (8 chips, 256 bit bus, 32bit per chip) and 1 GB DDR3-1600 (two chips, 16 bit bus, 8 bit per chip).
16 GB GDDR6 256 bit+ 8 GB DDR4 = 24 GB
8 GB GDDR6 256 bit + 16 GB DDR4 = 24 GB
24 GDDR6 384 bit = 24 GB (unlikely, unless aiming for X1X style PCB with lowest rated GDDR6-12000)
24 GB GDDR6 wouldn't divide into 256 bit bus.
8 Core Zen v2's compute intensity would need it's own memory bus i.e. it's "CELL" with kick-ass IPC and +440 GFLOPS FMAC at 1.6 Ghz or +880 GFLOPS FMAC at 3.2 Ghz
Zen v2 has 2X the floating point power over Zen v1
With AVX, 8 core Zen v2 is like Threadripper 16 core Zen v1 or 8 Core CoffeeLake
GTX 1080 Ti has nearly practical 13 TFLOPS.
For comparison with Intel Kaby Lake 6 cores at ~4.6Ghz has reached 846 GFLOPS. 8 core CoffeeLake is higher than Kaby Lake 6 cores.
I haven't installed AIDA64 benchmark on my systems. I'm sill rebuilding my Core i7-7820 Skylake X with ASUS ROG STRIX X299-E GAMING X299 motherboard (waiting for parts delivery).
Zen v2 8 core at 3.2 Ghz 880 GFLOPS FP32 or 1660 GFLOPS FP16 is approaching XBO's GPU 1.31 TFLOPS FP32/FP16.
@FireEmblem_Man: ERA os toxic because they don't accept toxic behavior, huh? Lol.
Maybe if you people didn't act like you do in system wars, you wouldn't be banned from there.
Era is toxic, because, they themselves are toxic! I never got banned in Era because I never registered. Let me guess, you're one of them aren't you?

good lord dude, you really have an obsession with that site
@calvincfb: maybe if that place didn’t ban people for no reason and then allow others who fit their agenda to post Dox info or whatever it is when you post phone numbers addresses etc.
That place is a fucking cesspool of left agenda righteous hypocrites.
And I’m not even a political person and that site gets me riled up.

Okay, I'll just be obsess with you
@that_old_guy: lmao, I was never banned, I'm a decent guy, maybe you aren't, you should take a time to reflect why you're banned from a forum lol.
And lmao getting riled up because people speak their mind and behave like, you know, decent human beings LMFAO.
You have a problem, dude, seek help.
@FireEmblem_Man: yes, I am and no, they're not toxic, they just behave like decent people do lol, I was never banned.
Decent people? LOL, yeah, unless you don't align with their politics
Mind trying to tell me how anything Driver say is Transphobic Rhetoric when in fact there truly is a debate within sports of transgender athletes, as well as some scientific studies that show how Male to Female Transgender athletes have an edge over genetic female?
@calvincfb: see this shit right here is why I fucking despise Resetera.
I’ve never even been a member.
How the **** could I have been banned for the oh so insightful insult of not being a decent human being.
I was talking about the CDPR fiasco.
Fucking tool.
@FireEmblem_Man: Lol, dude just sign up and ask if you're that curious why he got banned.
Nope, LOL! But let's stay on topic before we get in trouble!
Next Xbox specs will probably be announced in e3 2019

...that's weird
@calvincfb: Resetera is a far left circle jerk.
That's the same place they bitched that the new Star Wars game featured a white Male lead and they were having meltdowns. Imagine creating a thread bitching about any other race and gender... you think they would allow that?
@calvincfb: no no....you skipped the part where you completely trapped yourself in an example of why I don’t like that forum.
You answered your own question already.
@FireEmblem_Man: Lol, dude just sign up and ask if you're that curious why he got banned.
You don't wanna question the mods over there... Insta-ban!
These specs were posted a while ago by boxrekt I think. I hope they are true. It would be a pretty interesting development. Btw the amount of VRAM in that suggests that it is a dev kit. No way they are shipping consoles with 24 GB of VRAM.
Theres no shit like chicken shit.
It’s easy to avoid....it’s almost as if the chicken shit is avoiding me.

RAM has become quite cheap recently as low as $ 70 for 16GB 3K Mhz. Sony and MS can probably get even higher discounts through bulk.
How likely can the next gen use 24GB-32GB unified DDR4 plus a more recent small high speed memory ala ESRAM or EDRAM similar to the Xbox One.
How much better is 3000-3200 Mhz DDR4 RAM compared to Xbox One's 2133 DDR3? Would that be good enough?
It seems that Dual Channel Memory has a huge impact for integrated GPUs (30-50% performance) and assuming next gen have basically similar, would it get a linear positive boost using Quad Channel say 32 GB Quad Channel with no ESRAM/EDRAM?

192 bit GDDR6-12000 is reaching mainstream prices with GTX 1660 Ti. Expect RX-580/590 replacement like RX 3080 XT to be 256 bit GDDR6 around mainstream prices.
XBO's ESRAM is badly implemented with it's performance a little better than GDDR5 memory setup in PS4.
Vega 56/64 ROPS and X1X ROPS has very high speed cache with 4 MB L2 cache or 2 MB render cache respectively. Old R9-290X at 1Ghz's 1 MB L2 cache has 1 TB/s memory bandwidth, but R9-290X's ROPS are not connected to L2 cache.
Nvidia Maxwell/Pascal/Turing architecture has proven micro-tile fast cache render method being superior. GTX 980 Ti's 3MB L2 cache has about +700 GB/s memory bandwidth before memory compression is applied e.g. ~1.4 TB/s effective memory bandwidth for it's 88 ROPS.
Prior to X1X and Vega GPUs, old GCN GPU's ROPS has few KB cache storage i.e. not micro-tile render capable.
