Looks really good, but id still say that Crysis and Killzone 2 look better. Also, its generally accepted that a game has to be released inorder to be graphics king.
EDIT: The blur seems to be coming from the quality of the video, not from the game itself.
Looks like it might be a fun rental. But for the sake of the game I hope the blur is due to the video like one of the other posters pointed out. As far as western games go Read Dead Revolver isthe greatest by leaps and bounds, hell this game even bit off of RDR's dead eye. R* were in the tarnation is my sequel I've waited patiently for over 5 years now get to work on it.
You mean the DOF effect ? That is not motion blur, it is a camera focus effect, i guess they use a similar technique to achieve it as motion blur though, but i am nor sure
Aside from the ridiculous amounts of motion blur, this game looks absolutely gorgeous! :o

I watched this video earlier (SD version) and asked if it is a Wii game. At least this version was in HD, so that helped a bit. But it is nowhere near graphics king.

AFAIK, DOF is more like refraction.
Motion blur is when it keeps some of the previous frames on screen for a short amount of time.
kidding right:| its impossible to even tell the integrity of the visuals from this blurry video. I think someone is just itching for console game to beat out Killzone 2:? Flocking to this as graphics king is terrible damage control. RE5 is the only game that comes close to Killzone 2s visuals and RE5 looks a crapload better than this game. I think the next console graphics king will be Uncharted 2 or Alan Wake. But to hype this games graphics is awful desperation on TCs part:?

Sorry, but you're wrong on that one. I own Killzone 2, the graphics are great, at first glance, but the textures are awful when compared to something like this, or even Resident Evil 5.

Sorry, but you're wrong on that one. I own Killzone 2, the graphics are great, at first glance, but the textures are awful when compared to something like this, or even Resident Evil 5. are u kidding, have you seen the water/rocks textures on Blood Gracht, that slaughters any textures from those games you mentioned. The wall textures are also great as well. PD0 has highly acclaimed textures, does that mean it looks good? Hell no. Graphics aint all about textures, its how it all comes together. Resistance 2 has mind boggling textures in certain areas, does that mean it looks better than RE5? No
hell yeah playing as Confederates in the Civil War!... (no I am not anti-American at all I Civil War Re-enact Union but confederate Gray is much cooler than Union Blue)

Whether the TC was right or wrong in his opinion of whether it is the new console graphics king does not warrant your responce. I'm sure I'm not alone here but I see you're the one who is insecure and desperate for no one to challenge the mantle of KZ2. I mean you could of disagreed and went on your way but you didn't. You had to make accusations of 'desperation' and'damage-control' :lol:
So I guess I'm damage controlling, if I think the character models look better than KZ2? or I'm desperate if I dont happen to agree with KZ2 being the next coming lol. Man cows these days, you get 1 good graphically impressive game and you put barbed wire and warning signs up around your PS3s and cling on to the hope no game will release with better graphics. the real juarez is just like the old western in terms of law. there are more people killed there than there are soldiers deployed in iraq and afghan together. but i like the games they make about the old western time of it. it makes my family more proud of being born there.
