You don't have to be a scientist to figure out that a console with a better GPU and CPU is capable of better graphics, physics and AI
Devs. have to program it though. It's not like the game looks to see what gpu it is running on and then magically creates the AI and physics based off of that. Yes, it is capabel of better _____ , but that doesn't matter when devs. only care about making crap pretty on the 360 and PS3.When you port a game you don't just write "This works for 360 now" in the code. A lot of things change. You can safely assume things naturally get better, but not a lot better.Â
