Man, when it comes to wii reviews, I just about always disagree with GS. some of the games GS has given good scores to I thought were awful, and some of the games they've gived reall really bad scores to I loved.

IGN seems a lot more accurate with wii reviews.

I fail to see why anyone would be surprised. It's a port of a game that was mediocre to begin with. >_>

But I don't really listen to reviews anyway, unless I don't know anything about the game or its track record myself.

This is why i don't listen to gamespot reviews.I just don't agree with the.This game has the best third-person controls on the wii.

I am really enjoying this game.I was in a sniper mission and i was shocked to see how well the sniper controls turned out to be.Ever since February this is my 11th game on the Wii.

Scarface is an amazing movie. As was the godfather.

Yes the movie was great, as was the game. I never used to trust Gamespot with their reviews, especially Gerstmannn and nowI never will! IGN, here I come!

It's not just overrating. They overrate the OK and underrate the unbelievable.

No, because what makes the Wii version great is the controls, and that's what brought the score down!

How does the Wii version control better than the xbox/ps2 version?

When you lock on with a sweet UZI (or any gun but I love the UZI), you have a nice little area of free aim where you can shoot the persons head, kidneys, arm, legs, and even left or right nut. It's great to physically aim for those places with the wiimote.

Scarface for Wii is great. Don't let this lousy, incompetent review hold you back from buying it.

It amazes me how Gamespot's reviews can be extremely different than the majority of the other gaming sites. I'm beginning to think there is no hope for even the big three (MP3, SSBB, SMG)to score well because Gamespot will find one little flaw and run with it; giving the game a bad score. I really hope Gerstmann isn't reviewing all three of Nintendo's big games.peaceful_anger

That seems about right.

I have it rented right now and it really is nothing special. Its just another GTA knockoff.

But i gotta disagree about the controls; they came VERY easily to me. Aiming, moving, shooting, etc... all really flowed and i cant complain about the controls.

But the rest of the game.....meh. Standard. I think its better than the ps2 version simply because of the wii controls....having played it on ps2 before i couldnt stand the abomination that is the dual analog controller. But wii only has that 1 thing over the ps2 version.....everything else is exactly the same.
