Publish or Develops? Either way, Nintendo hands down. Why? They create and publish their own games, and if we're talking about 1st party games, Nintendo has some of the best and still creates some of the best to date.
well if you look at last gen i can tell you that sony had publishes the best games!!! look at GT series, GOW, R&C, Sly, and Jak, i would think that sony won that... and if you cant see them bring those game to the next gen then i guess nintendo won!!!! i think ms is last cause they are only relying on one game and that is the big Halo!!! :P mark my word if Halo happen to fail then you know ms got nothing!!! which i dont see it getting lower then a 9 cause everyone love the 1 and 2!!!
