In that everything I have read so far from the gaming press and working reviews suggest that all anyone does is either a) murder people just because they can and then corpse-camp them or b) get murdered repeatedly and then corpse-camped.
How could they possibly think that PvP free-for-all was a good idea in a game marketting itself as a cooperative adventure?
Personally I find this hilarious and eagerly await the obvious progression that you see in pure PvP MMO games:
Griefers murder and corpse-camp newbies/carebears continuously --> everyone but griefers get driven off --> griefers get tired of being on the receiving end of their own medicine --> griefers leave --> game dies.
I give it 2 months max before 1 of 2 things happen: PvP safe zones are instituted around outposts or a mass exodus with maybe a bunch of refunds.
