SEGA are the soundtrack king this gen, no doubt.

theyve been delivering some of the best soundtracks this gen, despite the quality of the overall game. No im not talking about the crappy sonic tunes with lyrics but everything else. I could list alot but (as most is good) but ill pick a few. All are from SEGA's internal studios.

I actually think the OST is pretty overrated. Its very good, yes, but the best this gen? Not really.

I really liked the sound track in ODST it fit really well with the game as well. The game was great as well highly underrated.

All I know is that Yoko Shimumora (Japanese game composer) totally nailed every game she worked on this gen.

Xenoblade and The Last Ranker inparticular have incredible soundtracks. Best this gen IMO.

Personally I hate what they have done to the Sonic soundtrack.

Adding lyrics was a horrible mistake and they should focus on making fast, catchy songs. (Yes I'm referring that they should make more music like StH1 and StH2. :P)

Bayonetta had a nice soundtrack though.
