sell my xbox 360 and wii to buy a ps3???

i know this is the most unorigional topic ever, but i wanted to tell you guys about what i'd be buying and selling and what i want and tell me what you think i should do.

so i have a xbox 360 elite with 8 games and a wii (which i NEVER play anymore) with 3 games. i have alot of reasons for wanting a ps3 but its kind of a big step to sell my 360 and my wii for the ps3. Ive been wanting to buy a ps3 for ages now but since SF4 and RE5 have recently come out, i thought now might be the time to buy a ps3.

so what i want to buy is a 80gb ps3, killzone 2, bioshock, SF4, skate 2, naruto ultimate ninja storm, gta4 and RE5. then i would buy MGS4, valkrya chronicles, ninja gaiden sigma and others when i get the money.

some of the big reasons i want a ps3 rather than my 360 and wii is:

the games, i prefer the ps3 exclusives to the 360 exclusives.

the look, the ps3 looks really stunning.

graphics, i realize some multi platform games look bad on the ps3 but overall the ps3 has amazing graphics.

free online, £100 the 1st year and £40 every other year, c'mon microsoft, thats a rip off!

the main reason i want a ps3, (and i know it sounds really stupid) is the controller. wii controller sucks. 360 controller, alright but it doesnt really feel that nice, its too big and clunky, i'd much prefer to play games on the ps3 controller than the 360 or wii one.

so those are my reasons, what do you guys think i should do?

p.s. if you think i missed out the blu-ray player, i didnt, my laptop plays blu-ray and i can hook it up to my hdtv, so the built in blu-ray player doesnt really count.

selling both would mean i wont have to pay any additional cash to buy the ps3...

If you are unhappy with them and see yourself playing the PS3 much more than these 2 then go for it.

Do what makes you feel happy. You could have much more benefits with PS3 especialy for gaming.

Selling a console(s) for another one is a really bad idea.

But if you had to choose, go with the Wii since you can fetch more out of it due to it's popularity.

360's a keeper.

Just gotta say Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm is amazing multiplayer, man i love playing that game with my freinds.

As for selling both depends hpw badly you want it, selling the 360 is the most viable option but if you do not play the Wii anyway and have no titles in the future you want then well throw that in as well.

Think carefully about it, do most of your freinds own 360s or PS3s? I have what i would call 2 groups of freinds my closer freinds own PS3s so i sold my 360 and got a PS3 based on that fact, oh and Final Fantasy but now thats multi plat! :P

YEah consider your online buddys in this the most if i was you. If on the other hand you do not play online well go with what you want and it sounds like a PS3 so do it.

I wouldn't like selling all that stuff for much less than I bought it for. I do like the PS3 so much more than 360 and Wii though. I'd probably do it. I only have Wii Sports, and only want Mario Galaxy. I may sell my Wii, despite it being a present.

Not sure why you even bought an Xbox 360 Elite to begin as you clearly liked the PS3 more, would have cost you just the same. Do whatever you want, no one really cares. I can't see how you dislike the Xbox 360 controller so much, I went from the PS2 to 360 & since first using its controller I can't stand PS controllers anymore. The staggered analog is so much more comfortable. I'm guessing you have small hands to label it as big & clunky. Enjoy your PS3 its a great gaming console overall & I'm sure you will love it. Why would you sell so much for so little? The only thing new you'll be getting is blu-ray, a few PS3 exclusives, and free PSN. You're selling Wii AND 360 exclusives -- which add up to way more gametime than a few PS3 exclusives. You're also selling two online networks, with the XBL having a much more library of content, and 50 dollars a year isn't bad, at all.

Why can't you just save up for the PS3 and own ALL THREE CONSOLES? Are you impatient? Do you have not have a job?

If I was in your position, I'd find another way of getting a PS3, so you can have EVERYTHING this generation is offering. With OnLive coming out soon, that can include these amazing PC games (Crysis, etc.).

Not really, I admit that the XBox 360 has a better online service which is live but the fact that you have to pay for it sucks. And I like gears of wars and Halo but thats just not enough.

360 just needs 2 AAE and one AE and there you go :P

(360 can spare the extra AAE and AE)
