Looking for valid opions please, I have been gaming for a little over 1 1/2 years now. Since that time the system rack continues to expand. I started with a gamecube I did not get into it. Then a Friend game me a PS2 I was hooked I played that for several months until I went to his house and saw his PS3. I bought one and loved it. My wife wanted a Wii so we bought one "Which we have used twice". Now I am looking around and thinking did I miss something with the Xbox, I have seen some Xbox titles I really want to play "Gears / Fable 2 and left for dead". But My question is ... Should I invest in another system would I get the benefit out of it. I keep on hearing about the people having to buy another xbox because there old one crashed, dirty disc errors , Loud drives. I am not picking on xbox I just looking for some good information. Plus is it true they charge for there online service? Also I am so used to the Playstion controller, do you know if there is a converted plug?

Then the last question "yes I am a cheap gamer, have to be in these days" which one should I buy and whats a good price.

While The X360 is a good machine, I can not reccomend that you buy one just for 2 or 3 games. But if Their are more games xbox has that you would like to play, I would tell you to get the Xbox Pro edition. It is the package with all you need to play online etc..

Just build a gaming pc and upgrade when you feel like it. Best games, biggest library, no limitations its bespoke to your own spec.

If you can and want to play Gears or Left 4 Dead just get them for your PC and save the money for 2009. 2009 looks to be pretty good for PS3 games.

Thought about the upgrade on PC but it would would cost more to upgrade vs buying a 360. I think I just hold off, I got plenty to play on the PS3 Fallout 3 , Battlefiled bad company resistance 2 and I thinking about getting Call of Duty World at war but waiting for a price drop.

now that the price is really low you should probably get a 360 - its the same as buying a few full price ps3 games. you do have to pay for the online but seriously it is well worth it.

sell the wii on ebay, get a 360. it has great games, it cost $50 a year for live. u can buy time cards from stores ther lowest is 3 months so if u don't like it u can easly just not buy another live card. i think u would like the 360 more then ps3 controler. i get use to using different controlers i play on PC and xbox 360 i get use to the change of it.

usually i would recommend buying the 360. But you already have a PS3 and Wii. Honestly its up to you but you can build a PC, a powerful one, for very cheap now. It will cost more than the 360 but you will have the ability to play GoW2 and L4D and also Fable 2 whenever they release it for PC. I prefer PC gaming but i love the 360 community so honestly if you want a better online experience (12 yolds left out and trash talking people left out) and a larger online community go for the 360. There are plenty of other great titles for 360 as well. Basically you need to chose between 360 and PC gaming if you want to play those titles tho.
