[QUOTE="MrBluRay01"][QUOTE="GabeRamos"] What are the benefits of spending $500 on a PS3 when i have a 360?
I am considering purchasing a PS3, but i dont want to if there will not be compelling exclusive games.
Note: I am aware of MGS 4 and I was not a fan of the first 3 so i am not sure that would be compelling.

PS3 = Native 1080p support with HDMI 1.3
X360 = 1080p support with HDMI 1.2
PS3 = Dolby TrueHD, DTS HD-MA, Multichannel LPCM support (Lossless Audio Support)
X360 = Dolby Digital, DTS, (Lossy Audio only)
PS3 = $400 BD Player
XBox 360 = $400 Upscaling DVD player (which upscales poorly)
360 uses compression that is lossless for audio - do your research. if anything if we're judging this based on a per title basis the PS3 has far more games with lossy audio compression ;)
What if it compressed its compressed plain and simple different codecs carry it differently (WMA Lossless,FLAC,WAV(losless), WAV, DTS-HD, Dobly Tru-HD)
i dont care if they use a friggen 320kbps MP3 Audio,Or WMA Pro 192 kbit its still compressed in a way
