Seriously PS3 Owners why don't you hype your other games?

I'm currently planning on buying a PS3 for my HDTV and for gaming. And what I don't under stand is when PS3 fans try and defend their console they usually use the "Just Wait" arguement and and it up with the Quad Shards of Darkness (Metal Gear Solid 4, Little Big Planet, KillZone 2, Final Fantasy XIII).

I mean don't get me wrong those games look solid, but what about the other games in the Playstation 3 line-up?

Yakuza 3

Disgaea 3 (notice the Power Ranger behind the guy on the altar?)

Valkyrie of the BattleField

Star Ocean 4

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4

Steambot Chronicles 2

I know an obvious indicator is that these games are a little "too" Japanese for some, but that definately isn't a reason to be excited for them.

Oh and did I mention that all of these games are exclusive?

Valkrie of the Battlefield probably won't come to NA. Also, Disgaea 3 uses the same sprites as the PS2 ones, arg.

However, I am very excited for Star Ocean 4. I love Star Ocean!

Maybe it's because all gamers care about these days are shooters? :?

I mean Final Fantasy XIII only gets hyped because it's.....well Final Fantasy.

Plus the PS3 is region free.

I own Disgaea, Star Ocean 3, and Shin MegamiTensei: Lucifer's Call, and I'm in a PAL region.

I agree that PS3 has good games already, but those three series there are three of my all time favorites. They don't have the graphical clout to get mentioned in debates with fanboys from other consoles (like KZ2 etc)but they are damn fine games on the PS2. Hoping for more of the same on PS3.TBH, the thought of these games coming to PS3 played almost as much a part in my console choice as MGS/FF/SH.
