In before the "OMG G4 is for teh cazual nubs!"
.... never talking like that again. Anyways, I think Adam Sessler reviews a mean video game. wish I had TV so I could hear more of his shenanigans.
Even if you hate G4, you have to like Sessler. He's the only real gamer left at the network and he's pretty entertaining to watch. I agree with him. Mass Effect is fantastic!BioShockOwnz
Bad comedy aside, of course.
I hate voice acting -___-AntiType
Why? The only voice acting I would hate is if they gave Link or mario a voice....
EDIT: I mean actual lines of dialogue for the characters-I realize they do (especially mario) make noises.

Ah, I see. I have a terrible imagination, so I would read all the voices the same.
Isn't this the same guy who stated that the U.K. doesn't have a something similar to the constitution of the U.S. (declartion to the rights of a man or something similar)Gunraidan
Jack Thompson said there was something in the U.K.'s constitution that forbade violent video games and Adam Sessler told him he was pulling stuff out of his ***.

Says the nintendo fanboy
Because a nintendo fanboy would of played all the FF games, like he said in the previous post? Suuuuure:|
[QUOTE="FrozenLiquid"]What's he raving on about voice acting though? Does he just mean RPGs?Zeliard9
I think Mass Effect has great voice acting by video game standards in general.
But then he implies that Mass Effect was the first game to be presented entirely by voice acting. First game I can remember that did that was Half Life back in '98.[QUOTE="Zeliard9"][QUOTE="FrozenLiquid"]What's he raving on about voice acting though? Does he just mean RPGs?FrozenLiquid

First game I can remember that did that was Half Life back in '98.maybe he means the main character as well, and being able to influence the way a conversation goes instead of a predetermined one that will always be the same in every playthrough. but i don't know, that part seemed a little vague when he mentioned it. also, it's nice that they hired more than 5 voiceactors for the game (oblivion :P)[QUOTE="FrozenLiquid"][QUOTE="Zeliard9"][QUOTE="FrozenLiquid"]What's he raving on about voice acting though? I started playing ME last night around 9 p.m. messed around in the main city for a while, doing missions, helping people out. looked at the clock and it was 4a.m. before i even set foot on another planet :OKook18
i spent about 9-12 hours in the game before i left the citadel.
i really love mass effect. i wish they had more games like this out there.

British don't have as many rights as Americans. They are considered subjects not citizens.

If it's good VA keep it. Also for 2D games it's fine but it doesn't make sense for these high quality games to not have VA. It would look stupid.

You should try getting out once in a while - you'd be surprised what the big bad world is really like.
When Sessler talks, I listen, he has an interesting and down to earth view on games, he understands them, researches them and isnt biased. X-play is okay, generally they do a good review of games, but the jokes are oh so corny.
I think his views on Mass Effect are spot on.

Omg.... this is the best thing I have ever read in System Wars... I'm serious I am dieing here Cause I do the same thing, and to think that people are using different voices LOLThank you bioware for not releasing the PC version and making me suffer with dips below 30 frames per a second and half an hours wait times before all textures pop in. Other than that....cool.whocares9
Why do you want a PC version? You made an entire thread about how you dislike the core mechanics of the game and feel cheated for having bought it.
