I would MUCH rather have local multiplayer than better graphics, unless the PC version does have that, and I am unaware of that. It's funny how people don't even mention the lack of local multiplayer as if it isn't a big deal, even though it breaks some buys for people, including me. I would never, ever buy a fighting game without local multiplayer.DeathScape666
Where are you getting that?
It would make absolutely zero sense for them to not include local multiplayer.

Just plug in an extra joystick or gamepad and you can have local multiplayer on the PC version.

So the PC version does have it? I didn't know local multiplayer existed for PC. My bad.[QUOTE="DeathScape666"]I would MUCH rather have local multiplayer than better graphics, unless the PC version does have that, and I am unaware of that. Do they have that for games like Call of Duty 4, as well?So the PC version does have it? I didn't know local multiplayer existed for PC. My bad.DeathScape666
Now I can't tell if you're joking or not.
Any fighting game out there for PC is going to have local multiplayer. I used to play One Must Fall 2097 with my brother back in the day.
Various other genres also have local multiplayer on PC. Even the PC demo of Trine has local multiplayer for up to 3 players.

Nah, what's rare on PC is splitscreen multiplayer as would be required in a game like that.
Only recent splitscreen example I can think of is Left 4 Dead, and even then I don't think splitscreen is officially supported in any way.

I see no difference between PC and consoles.

This.
I can't really tell what's TC's point.
I think the extra dark lines around the character models are actually a DOWNGRADE from the Console version.
DumbDubya
That's actually one of the different visual themes in the PC version, you can have the same theme as the consoles versions if you want.

Wow! I did not know that. Thanks for clearing that up. I wonder why Soul Calibur IV and such weren't ported over to the PC.[QUOTE="GreenGoblin2099"]

The stylization options are just that: optional. You can have it looking the same as the console version stylistically by having it set to "Off" (which I'm sure most will use.) I personally don't like the alternative stylizations either.

Well, it's not like there's a big difference... maybe I could tell in motion but those screens aren't anything to be wowed over (IMO that is)

Do they have that for games like Call of Duty 4, as well? Except Call of Duty 4 doesn't have split screen multiplayer ONLINE on the consoles either. And really, why would you want to play local multiplayer when you can only have 2 players? Pretty boring if you ask me.Please Log In to post.
