although Its no Doom and Eternal but fantastic game. waiting for it.

Only played the second one and it was pretty terrible...

Holy ****. Loved the first two games. Especially second one was a blast. Story was a bit weak compared to the first one though. Overall it was much better in everything else.

Got SW2 for free on GOG. Still haven't played it.

Looked a little Borderlands-y, which makes sense. Always thought a dash of looter shooter was the best way to bring back old school horde shooters, since they can get a bit repetitive. A bit of character progression and loot to gun for can alleviate that for many people.

First game was fantastic, second was Borderlands.

Both are overrated. Decent combat, but half-ass level design and story.

Shadow Warrior (1) had a fairly good story as far as FPS are concerned.

Metro series has excellent story.

Shadow Warrior ending took me by surprise, it slowly morphs from light Big Trouble In Little China towards Greek tragedy.

The way it's told is simple but beautifully presented.

I used to be shill for shadow warrior. then Doom came and its better version. and so is Eternal.

The first one was so boring I refused to go anywhere near the sequel.

Never play Shadow Warrior series and I don't plan to try it out, so no interest in Shadow Warrior 3. And for those who are, hope you all enjoy SW3.

The last 2 games sucked, the original had vehicles/turrets and online deathmatch and cooperative.If this new one has no deathmatch like the original no buy.

I really enjoyed the first but the 2nd with the huge gameplay change was awful.

The first one was great, really holds a special place in my heart lol. I just couldn't get into the second one. I tried a couple times, and it just wasn't the same. I hope this third one is like the first, but even better.

Sequel or remake?

Never played any of them. Looks too generic gameplay wise.

@R4gn4r0k: Hoji mask is removed at the end of Shadow Warrior, presumably a sequel, The Search For Spock.

The first ever Shadow Warrior which came out in the early 90s was amazing for it's time. There was alot of hilarious dick jokes as the main characters name is wang.

Really enjoyed the remake, haven't tried its sequel though. That said I'm excited for a 3rd game in the series.
