Sheep's take on new Motion Controllers

So we all know how much Cows and Lemmings have been going at it with Move and Kinect. Both sides will, without provocation, rage at eachother about who's tech is more lame. But I believe the Sheep have the most precedent in determining who's tech blows more. So how 'bout it sheep and Wii supporters, what's your take?

I see Kinect as having more potential, but Move is more practical or at least easier to develop for immediately because of it's resemblence to the Wii. I'd say Move is more likely to succeed because of that, but Kinect should end up being the victor so long as it gets the right software.

and as a Manticore/Lemming I've never had any issues with Wii, Wii-Mote and the games.

I have a Wii, Wii mote and several controllers and peripherals.

hhmm... Move seems to similair to me. though I might get it next year or so I am more excited for Kinect as it looks to me more versatile and different then a very carbon copy of Wii mote this generation.

im pissed at how the law allowed sony to rip off the wiimote and its sportsd games...so kinect

Anyways, Move is just a wiimote with WM+, so I'm all for move. I never play my PS3 because I can't stand dual analog controls.

Kinect is just dumb. It looks like it doesn't even work.

Move seems more appealing to me. The only thing Kinect has going for it is Dance Central. Kinect seems to have limitations at the moment - I can't see a full blown action adventure, or FPS (where you totally control everything with Kinect) coming along too soon.

M$ and Sony are screwed anyway. Theyre just jumping on the motion control bandwagon in an attempt to win back some of themarketshare that Nintendo rightfully claimed. They both have potential, but really doubt we will see either technologies used in an interesting way for a few years. Think how long it took for 3rd parties to take advantage of the Wii properly.

Dont get the wrong idea, I think they look like great products, but its too little too late. Im happy with my Wii, thats tried tested and works.

As of now I see reason for them to exist as seperate products opposed to just being Wii games. so for now they are meh, but the potential could be there for something awesome and different.

As a Wii Owner I think Move will be better then Kinect because it is so similar to the Wii remote and Nunchuk that the developers would have some experience with developing games for that type of user input. With Kinect they will have a lot of trial and error until they have anything remotely good to justify purchasing a Kinect.

When I get a PS3 I plan on buying Move when it gets more games that interest me.

The advantage Sony has is they are a technology company. They have whole departments dedicated to designing ports, and media. They invented the CD, DVD and Blu-Ray, therefore making it incredibly easy for them to endorse it. Microsoft are a software company, which shows in Xbox Live and its many great features. Nintendo are a GAMES company, every penny they make comes from games. Its obvious how the companies play to their strengths. But in terms of innovation Nintendo are head and shoulders above all the other games companies (In terms of hardware). Just look at the 3DS if youre bored of the Wii.
