Generally which has more games? Pc or ps4? Though now pc can't have ps4 and xb1 emulator to run, no one will that genius will make it. So is ps4 the champion or pc?

Why would you ask which of the two have more games when the PC gaming library spans decades and the PS4 spans half a decade?
More like 1/3
Legend is an idiot.
Really do you want to play games like Nioh, Horizon Zero Dawn, Gravity Rush 2, Spider-Man, Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami, Yakuza 6, Bloodborne, World of Final Fantasy, Ratchet and Clank, Until Dawn, etc etc or do you want to play games like tabletop simulator, civ 6, and other rts like games?
End game I'd go with both personally, it's what I have.

Every multi plat is shit on PS4 compared to PC. PC also has the best versions of MS first party. Then there are the PC exclusives, backwards compatibility with multiple generations and emulators as well. There is no competition. I still do recommend a PS4 Pro as a companion console to the PC for the Sony exclusives though.
@changhock19: PC, because with PS Now coming to PC you will be able to play PS4's exclusives soon enough.
Buy Xbox One with Overwatch, The Witcher 3, Battlefield 1, FIFA 17, Halo 5, Gears 4 and Forza Horizon 3 and then trade in the Xbox One for a Scorpio when it launches
@changhock19: Is paying money for games a new concept to you?
@vfighter: So tell us when PS Now drops for PC later this year what games will Sony have to sell subs other than it's exclusives? and please show some witt and not say multiplats which we know will be inferior.
Quite simple really, no budget constraints means buy both.
One or the other boils down to how much you want PS exclusives.
Only multiplat gamer is best for PC.
PS4 = Fool proof, plug and play with no hassle and some really good exclusive titles. (Recommended if you don't like tinkering)
PC = Large wallet, Prone to hassle ie updates, drivers etc, Free online gaming, Potential to have the best in Visual fidelity and a massive library of games. (Recommended if you like tinkering)

Shit = nope, as someone who runs witcher 3 super easily at ultra settings with high frame rate, nope
Honestly pc exclusives outside of little gems like undertale and rts are pretty uneventful outside of super old games.
Let's be honest, outside of a few gems from way back when, people really just play 7th and 8th generation games.
It's pretty much a tie, I almost prefer the ps4 due to games like yakuza 0

I'm so sick of this myth about PC gaming being a hassle compared to consoles. Yes, it's true that you have to install some things manually, but I would question whether you should be trusted eating with a knife and fork if you're unable to cope with such a simple task.
And it's not the potential to have better visual fidelity, it's about a 99% certainty. The only multi-platform games I can think of that actually looked better on console are Arkham Knight and Pro Evo - the former because of a rushed, underdeveloped PC port, the latter because of a lack of funding and piracy fear-mongering. After patching, Arkham Knight is now far superior on PC and PES, due to demand, is finally going next-gen on the platform. Fact is, if you have a decent PC, even poor ports will almost always be better than the console version.
There are only two legitimate arguments for consoles - cost and exclusives. My PC cost over a grand and if I couldn't afford it I'd buy a console instead. As far as exclusives go, there are a few I'd like to play but they're not enough for me to justify purchasing a PS4 or Xbox One.

I hope you're not serious. All of these except Halo 5 are on PC and they are all better versions to boot. Especially Battlefield 1 for it's ultra graphics + framerate and The Witcher 3 with ultra settings + mods + framerate.
We won't even get into how many exclusives are on the PC vs Xbox, because the Xbox will just get further decimated.
Why would you ask which of the two have more games when the PC gaming library spans decades and the PS4 spans half a decade?
Not to mention PC can play some Xbox games and soon people can play PS4 games with a PC with a PSNow subscription.
PS4 all the way, unless you want to frustrate yourself to death with driver incompatibilities, ini editing to get games to work, and Windows update breaking things, not to mention the fact that the mouse and keyboard is the most unintuitive control scheme ever devised, never having been meant for gaming. Nope. PC is not worth the hassle.
Depends. How much do you play, what do you play and do you want to play local coop?
In near all cases the PC will play all games that exists across the platforms better. It has FAR more games then the PS4
But how much do you play? If you are only playing a few games a month (and of course you like the look of the exclusives) I would point to the consoles all the way. A PC is good, and over time it is not as expensive, where as a console is cheap up front but it has an increased cost of usage. So if you play play few games, then the PS4 is better ,if you play a lot of games the PS4 will likely end up more expensive through a 5 year period.
What you play does start to play a role though, PC has near all genres, and more coming out each week. It also helps that the PC is becoming the storage area for a whole lot of console classics to preserve them.
But I will state and always have, that certain genres of games does lend themselves better to certain platforms. I for example vastly prefer 3rd person action games like Bayonetta on console, as well as preferring most beat'em'ups on console, despite having most of them on pc too.
On the flip side anyone claiming that an FPS is better on a pc, will likely claim it, because they never played an FPS on a pc. I would also argue that RPGs are far better on pc given the access to more input (keys) which mostly does away with clumsy menus, and multi use inputs. (Bare in mind that the PC CAN use a controller, flight stick and such, but consoles can not really use kb/m)
The social aspect also exists, the PS4 is a WAY better machine for local co-op while the games do exist on the pc, it can be slightly frustrating unless you have it hooked up to the tv, and have controllers plugged in (in which case you might as well have gone for the console).
Now some people will make fascinating claims that the PS4 is "fool proof" and "rock solid" this is wrong, the PS4 updates as much as the pc, and often in similar ways. And so far the PS4 have had 2 updates that I remember which could potentially brick or corrupt data on your console. It is NOT exactly ease of use, but rather "tough shit" the PS4 is a closed eco system pc, it is nothing else. closed ecosystems does give more in stability, but certainly not fool proof, if anything, a PS4 is pretty close to a Mac in operation.
Lastly people on the PC side will bring up game sales, while true on average, and certainly if you buy physical games, Sony however has gotten their collective fingers out and made digital sales very close to on par with PC digital sales, so this might be a thing to think about. If you are willing to forego physical discs.
Edit: On the sales side it is also worth mentioning that I live in Europe, the wonderful place where beer is flowing and games prices are high enough to give heart attacks at random. This might not apply in NA.

Can't say I agree with the bold at all. Gears of War 4, for example, is split screen on PC, and it doesn't exist on PS4. Consoles barely do anymore split screen than PC now.
@DragonfireXZ95: Why would I not be serious because you like PC, games look and run fine on Xbox One and it's only going to get better with Scorpio
Legend is an idiot.

Arkham Knight was a disaster on PC at launch, but it was not perfect on PS4 either. Now the PC version has been fixed and is much better than the PS4 version.
The Witcher 3 on PS4 is indeed shit compared to the PC version. Same goes for other multi plats. Do you enjoy 30fps with dips, increased input lag, lowered settings and resolution, lack of mods, etc.? Then there is the issue of being forced to use an inferior controller for FPS games and other genres where it is not ideal.
You should embrace the PC exclusives more. Plenty of FPS, RPG, Strategy, Sims (racing, flying, space, farming, etc.), MMO, MOBA, Platformer, Puzzle, Adventure, Survival, Indie and other experimental games.
What people play in regards to older games is up to them. Most older games are easily available on PC and that is what matters.

Nah, it still requires a monster pc.
Also is it really even worth my time to debate pc vs ps4 when you're talking about a 1000+ dollar pc versus a console that can be bought for around 250 dollars?
The Witcher 3 runs fine on ps4, it just sounds like you don't have a ps4. I have The Witcher 3 both on PS4 and Gog.
Do you even pc game either or are you just a flame baiter? Outside of elder scrolls games, mods are extremely rare and elder scrolls are shitty anyway. The only game that I like that actually has quality mods is Tabletop Simulator, which is an exclusive anyway.
"inferior controller"
Outside of fps and rts, I'd argue that controller is better than keyboard and mouse.
Most fps are trash caross the board, all of the good rpg are super easy to run isometric games outside of the witcher 3, horizon zero dawn, and the yakuza series and the latter two are exclusive.
I play strategy games, it's the same.
Sims are boring, I don't want to spend hours going from location to location to buy low and sell high for in game credit. Nor do I want to play farming simulator.
I play mabinogi, blade and soul, vindictus, and I'm interested in a few of the diablolikes coming this year.
Platformers are so simple and play better with a controller anyway.
Most puzzle games are trash on steam, nor do I care for the genre.
Adventure, I won't even bother debating against this since you might as well just say Action, Adventure is too big of a blanket term.
I don't like Survival games unless it's survival horror like the evil within, survival games are just lazy procedural generated shitfests.
Indie is every where, it literally just means it's self published, it's not a genre. I play tons of indies though. Indies are easy to run on consoles.
Experimental games? I mean there aren't many experimental games out there that are worth playing except stuff from Suda51 and Swery65 (or whatever his epiphet is), I already mentioned Undertale. Otherwise experimental games are like Sketch Tales and never leave early access and Sketch Tales is a top tier "experimental game" while most are vastly worse.

Look at my games library and look at my wishlist.
I have a pretty damn powerful pc and I still don't have a preference of pc over ps4 but I play both.
I mean seriously, have fun not playing the yakuza series, nioh, gravity rush 2, spider-man, persona 5, world of final fantasy, etc etc.
@putaspongeon: I have a beast PC and the consoles. I don't miss out on games unless I don't want to play them. I don't see why you even bothered with the PS4 version of TW3 as it is shit. You can just connect your PC to your TV and use a controller if you want the console experience while enjoying the added quality and performance of running the PC version.
In regards to mods.... how are mods extremely rare? Plenty of mods for Elder Scrolls, Fallout, ARMA, GTA, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., etc.. Many of the total conversion mods become games in themselves... Counter-Strike, DOTA, Portal, Team Fortress, DAY Z, Black Mesa, Stanley Parable, Killing Floor, Red Orchestra, Natural Selection, etc..
You could blow through all of the worthwhile PS4 content in a month then trade it in towards a real gaming machine.
PS4 = Fool proof, plug and play with no hassle and some really good exclusive titles. (Recommended if you don't like tinkering)

In your opinion there are a shit ton but gaming is very subjective and, in my opinion, there aren't nearly enough to justify me buying a console. The only PS4 exclusive I had an interest in was Uncharted 4, but I played through most of it on my brothers PS4 and was pretty underwhelmed.
As for your later post regarding keyboard & mouse, are you really so stupid that you don't know you can use a PS4 or Xbox One controller for PC, as well as countless third party options? If you're only into gaming and perhaps media content, a PC can just be a potentially superior and slightly bigger console to stick under your TV.
@putaspongeon: "Most puzzle games are trash on steam, nor do I care for the genre."
Not caring about the genre is one thing, trash is another. :P
Stephen's Sausage Roll, the exceptional Zach Barth designed games (Infinifactory, SpaceChems, TIS-100 to name a few), Hexcells Infinite and English Country Tune are all great PC puzzlers. This isn't including legacy or classic PC titles.

1) It's a good company and game so I support that
2) There is some imput lag
3) I wanted a physical copy of it
4) I'm not going to move my fucking pc to the other room every time I want to play it on the couch
5) You're vastly underestimating the ps4 port.
Also I really doubt you have "the consoles", also to say you only miss out on games unless you don't want to play them is stupid, you're missing out on tons of games you'd love but don't know about them or won't give them a chance.
The PS4 version of TW3 isn't shit, also based on how you talk about it, you don't even own it in the first place.
Considering the first two things you listed that have mods are games I already mentioned (shitty bethesda games), yeah.
You kind of listed them all really, outside of those games you'll see a mod to chance the colors of a rts unit and that's about it, mods are useless if you aren't playing bethesda games or tabletop simulator really.
Those games you listed are boring outside of fallout 1, 2, and new vegas as well. Modding a batman costume on my character and jankily flying around in the least fluid way possible won't make GTA any better.
Tabletop Simulator is really the only game where mods do anything besides make games prettier. (if you can even run them)
Also you're still comparing a 1000+ dollar pc to a ps4, I'd hope you get more value out of the thing that's over 4 times as expensive.
That being said, I probably get more value out of my ps4 outside of the internet.

I mean just this year so far: Yakuza 0, Nioh, Gravity Rush 2, Horizon Zero Dawn, Persona 5, Kingdom Hearts 1.5, 2.5, and 2.8, Digimon World: New Order, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, Divide, Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey, Drawn to Death, PaRappa The Rapper Remastered, and Gundam Breaker 3 just to list some of the games exclusive to ps4 (true exclusives) in the first few months.
A lot more to come.
Uncharted 4 is one of the most mediocre ps4 exclusives out there, it's an underwhelming game.
Don't presume things and then call someone stupid, when it backfires it makes you like like a fucking idiot (which you are, but you don't want people to realize that)
Heck, I didn't even mention controllers, keyboard and mouse, or anything like that, please just stop saying stupid shit.
Even if I took away all of the exclusives besides the Yakuza series, I'd still say that the ps4 is arguably better than the pc.
Pc has more games than anything.
Couldn't believe OP mentioned "Generally which has more games? Pc or ps4?". Like seriously?!

Hmm, you did mention controllers, keyboard and mouse. The above sentence is a verbatim quote from you. You call me a "fucking idiot" for simply pointing out the fact that PC isn't limited to control options. As for your list of exclusives, that's great for you but none of them appeal to me. You know why? It's because we all have different tastes.
@putaspongeon: All your games are last gen, with few exceptions like Rocket League and Shadow Run that look like last gen.
You're not fooling anyone, drop that laptop and get a decent PC and you'll stop talking nonsense, you don't even have to spend that much.

Those "useless" mods bring an already superior platform to even further heights by increasing graphic fidelity a ton. You can't discount all mods, especially if you want to argue about graphics. TW3 has a ton of 4k texture mods you can get that put it head and shoulders above the console level(even though it was already higher).
@putaspongeon: All your games are last gen, with few exceptions like Rocket League and Shadow Run that look like last gen.
You're not fooling anyone, drop that laptop and get a decent PC and you'll stop talking nonsense, you don't even have to spend that much.
What list?
Also when did I mention Rocket League and stuff, but that game looks pretty.
Also Horizon Zero dawn looks last gen? Wowza.
Those are some great games in that list objectively, just talked to someone who said yakuza 0 was their first yakua game and they were surprised it was their goty.
Anyway not fooling anyone? I mean if you aren't to trust me, how do I know you aren't running a shitty 90's computer and wanking off your dick out of fanboyism?
I personally run an rx 480 and I built this pc myself. Btw the i5 is a 6600 and these pictures are old since they honestly describe what I have more + I'm too lazy to unscrew it right now (don't have a screwdriver within reach) so old phone pictures, which is more work than you deserve out of me with your half assed "lel you don't pc game, durrrr"
So yeah, I'm right, your'e wrong, NEXTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
@putaspongeon: I have a beast PC and the consoles. I don't miss out on games unless I don't want to play them. I don't see why you even bothered with the PS4 version of TW3 as it is shit. You can just connect your PC to your TV and use a controller if you want the console experience while enjoying the added quality and performance of running the PC version.

It's superior cuz a fanboy says so?
So I guess the xbox one is the best console out there cuz some lemmings say so
I guess the ouya is the best as well, I've heard that said before
And the wii u
and the switch
and the ps4
Get over it, you're a fucking joke and the pc isn't a superior platform.
"all mods", most mods are shit and the ones that actually do anything are on the games I listed.
It's cute how you get turned on by resolution but I'll play good games over not playing them.
Then you aren't looking into the ps4 exclusives enough, there are a shit ton.
"Outside of fps and rts, I'd argue that controller is better than keyboard and mouse."
Not to do with taste, more to do with you being stubborn and not trying those games out, there are literally exclusives for everyone and it's well varied.
