Buying a console for two games isn't enough.I would suggest waiting for more games you want to come out before you purchase a Wii.
I also want MP3 and Mario KartWii, but that is about it.nivet14Well that's probably worth a purchase then. Especially if you can get wi-fi on the Wii. I'm assuming you are only going to use it as a secondary console anyway.
For only two games no, but you should do more research on the other games.. My theory is there is no system selling games, there are system selling sets meaning a collection of games when placed together form a buying effect.
I don't see why not. You may only want Galaxy and Brawl now... but there is bound to be a lot more games in the future, or past games like Prime 3, Zelda TP, and Paper Mario.
Brawl will last you a minimum of a Year, so go for it.

Perhaps then, as you are already spending total amount paid against how much a Wii cost. 200 verus 250, not bad, I am sure you will find some more, which there becomes a buying status.
Only game for the PS3 I'm interested in is MGS4. I'm personally going to wait for a few more games that may fit into my interests from that system before I choose to buy it.
It's ultimately your decision on if the two games alone are worth spending 200 bucks over.
i'd recommand you to look forward to Battallion wars 2 and Mario Kart wii .... there are some other psychopathe games coming out (like one all in black and white) that i don,t remember ... those 2 are coming far in 2008 ...
i'm telling you this because you might be closer to a Hardcore gamer, only wanting 2 big titles ...
so now for the real advise : wait for your wii, probably nintendo will release one with a bigger hardrive (it's actualy a big wish) ....
and most of all, just wait because it,s extremely hard to find a wii .... later on it might be a little easyer for you to find one(since the games you want aren't out yet)
BUT *** remember that too close to x-mas, it will be worst than the first week the wii came out ***
Buy it, tons of people just upgrade their pc to play counterstrike/world of warcraft or just buy a 360 core for halo 3. there will be other games that you want for the wii in the years to come aswell.
many people will say that a console is not worth the money if you are only going to get 2 games for it. i disagree though for one reason. if those 2 games can last and keep your interest for the same amount of time 10 games could then i think it's worth it.
many people will be buying a 360 mainly for halo 3 because they know it will last. if SSBB has online i think it could also last a long time as well. galaxy i can't see lasting as long but it's definitely worth the buy.
so yea, more games =/= better. i'd rather have 2 great games then 10 so so games anyday. and btw you should aslo check out mario kart, that will also last. it's suppose to have 16 player races and (i think) 16 player battle.
