Should I get a XBox 360?

Don't know if it fits in here or if it would fit better in the XBox 360 board. But the question is: Should I get a XBox 360 because of Fable II or not? Years ago I bought the XBox because of Fable and the game impressed me a lot. Now I'm in between to buy a 360. I already own a good gaming PC and a PS3 so there aren't many other games I'm really interesseted in for the 360. The price over here in Germany is about 100$ at the moment. Are there any infos about Fable II being released for PC or not? So, name some arguements for or against the buy of a 360. :PuRan_Ehr

Yes go with the Xbox 360. BUT, I wouldn't get it just for Fable 2. IMO, it has the best gaming lineup so far this gen (Not including PC).

Hm, I'm not sure about the 360. Buying Gears isn't that easy for me since it isn't going to be released in Germany. And the trend is to make the most games 3rd party to maximize profit. But I think I've read something about Fable 2 staying exclusive to the 360. Sure, the chances are very high that Fable 2 will be released on PC too, but when? In 1 1/2 years? So in the end, am I right when I think that I read something about Fable 2 staying on the 360? Please say that I'm wrong. I need the money for other games :PuRan_Ehr

If it's going to pc it will be awhile, so again your decision, and that sucks you can't get gears in Germany..

I can drive to the Netherlands to buy the English version of the game or I can order it from Austria where I get it with German language but also uncut. Sometimes it sucks to live in Germany. All this control about videogames sucks. Most games are cut. For example, I don't know if it was the same anywhere else, but in Germany they had to change C&C: Generals so the soldiers were robots and such ****

Yes, all of those games are worth a buy. If any, or all of them, were on PS3, I'd buy them. You know why? Because they're damn good games. Just because you own a PS3 doesn't mean you can't covet the games on Xbox 360.

Can't you just buy a copy off the interwebs, but to play online you may have to create another live account and say you live in the US?

Yes, all of those games are worth a buy. If any, or all of them, were on PS3, I'd buy them. You know why? Because they're damn good games. Just because you own a PS3 doesn't mean you can't covet the games on Xbox 360.

i have owned a 360 and i wouldnt recommend anyone to get a console because of flops.It would be cheating.

Banjo 3 and Halo wars are both gonna fail because the concept in itself is a dumb one (the latter, cause its a console RTS - which is the definition of a bad idea, and the former cause it abandons everything that made the series decent). And stop touting Gears 1.5

I want Fable 2 aswell, loved Fable1, but I'm not gonna get a console just for it, especially when there's a good chance we'll see it on PC. 1st one took a year to go on PC, if it looks like it's not coming by next fall then I'll think about getting a 360 again, and maybe by then there are even more games that I'm interested in.
