Get the new iPod touch it does everything the iP4 does, and a cheap pay as you go phone. Save on the supscription, and buy an Xbox.
I heard that iPhone's Receptions are horrible.
If you're looking for a Gaming machine buy an Xbox 360 and get a cheap phone.
If you like gaming, get the 360. If you don't mind indie games and you need a phone + multimedia device, get the iPhone 4.
Get a 360. Reach is coming out. You know it'll be awesome.hexashadow13The guy doesn't have a cell phone or an iPod, look past your fanboy goggles of having to choose 360 over everything. If you don't have an iPod or cell phone just get the iPhone 4. I have it and love it, given the choice between my phone and my 360 I'd probably choose my phone. If you already have a PS3 you don't NEED another console, but in this day and age you do kind of need a cell phone and iPods are very nice to have.
At least wait till the Antennas are fixed in the iPhone 4. :|Stevo_the_gamerOk the idea that the antennas are screwed up is a total load of it. People say if you touch the surrounding antenna you lose signal. This happens in low signal areas to me, but in high signals it only has an affect if you literally position your hands to cover up every last inch of it. Even in low signal areas, as well as high signal, if you put a bumper case on your phone, which Apple now supplies for free, you can't touch the antenna and therefore don't lose signal no matter what you do. Having a bumper on it is a good idea in the first place, the glass could shatter if you don't have a case but the bumper raises the front and back so it can't hit the ground straight on. Honestly I've yet to meet anyone with an iPhone 4 having problems as extensive as some people have made it out to be. Only people without them try to make an issue of the antenna.

They've done studies regarding it and have plenty of evidence thats suggests that there is indeed a substantial problem with it. Even then, Apple had admitted that it's a problem, and the algorithm they use to detect signals was also faulty. I mean... really? This isn't some sort of conspiracy here...

I have an Iphone 4 and the antenna issue is very real, and quite frustrating. The free bumper (case) Apple sent me stops the problem though. Make no mistake the phone is a brick if you hold it without a case.
Im going to say it again. Get the new iPod Touch and a cheap phone, you have all the functionality of the iPhone but you will save a grand or 2.

The new iTouch does everyhting the iPhone 4 does, without the calling and texting, but you dont need that if you have a cheap phone.

No it doesn't, the camera on the iPod touch is terrible and lets you take 960 x 720 stills, the iPhone has a 5 megapixel camera with an awesome lens that rivals most digital cameras on the market and is capable of HDR.
The fact this is posted on a games website makes me think that paying the $1500 premium for a camera that wont get full use out of is irelivant.
