Should I get myself a WII?

My dad's going to the U.S in a couple of weeks, and I was wondering if should give him some money to buy me a wii since it's really cheap and good..but I'm not sure if I should get it or not...what do you think I should do?

I'd suggest picking it up before Smash Bros Brawl.

Do keep in mind you'll have to buy your games from US retailers (By online means or whatnot), as the Wii is region-coded, and games not coded for that region won't work.

Yeah, I'd get one. I enjoy mine.

And like he said, Smash Bros. and Mario Galaxy within a month of each other guarantees it is going to be *hard* to find a console come november-december.

Ignore the hate. Pick up a Wii with Metroid Prime 3, Resident Evil: Wii Edition, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and Warioware: Smooth Moves. Then later this year pick up Super Smash Bros Brawl, Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, Fire Emblem: Radient Dawn, and of course Super Mario Galaxy.

I think I might get it and I mainly want it to have fun,and play games like zelda,super mario galaxy and super smash bros. brawl...omerdv

Get it in January, and you will be able to play SMG and SSBB, and maybe even score some post-holiday discounts.

I might get it at some point so I can play No More Heroes.

I will definitely be getting one before the next console Zelda comes out.

I consider Zelda to be an essential gaming experience.
