I had rockband. It was fun for a while. Infact, it got most of the attention from me for a long while.

However, I found that the peripherals were cheaply made, and that they broke after not too much force. Could have made a better quality peripherals. Then again, maybe it was just my mistake, for having them on display and allowing them to be played with at a college party. I trusted that most of the people wouldn't break stuff, but boy I was wrong.

That would put video game developers like Harmonix out of business. =/

Why not buy a real katamari and roll up everything in sight?

You're going on the assumption that everyone who plays Rock Band/Guitar Hero can't play a real instrument.

I'd totally buy a katamari for any amount of money...

It's a party game, I don't think I'd ever play it alone. So if you're going to playing it with friends a lot, it's extremely fun and well worth it, if not.. meh.

that's probably the right answer. and no, you don't get bored of SP as long as you're playing the drums, haha.

The singing isn't boring either but after a while I can't sing because some songs have you holding notes longer then I can so after a few phases of doing a really long note I start having trouble because I need to wait for the Guitar Solo to get ready to sing again but I sing the whole song the Worse I did so far was fail a song but the Worse I did with still passing is 73%.

Also Rockband is good but wait for Rock Band 2 because the Instruments are going to be of better quality.
