Do what im doing, wait for the Ps3 version to arrive next year, its filled with new stuff and has new characters as well :D, dont listen to anyone but me on this matter, TOV is coming to the U.S, make no mistake Namco always announces the release dates for overseas releases when they're 100% sure they can deliver in time.
I really doubt the PS3 has so much extra content that it warrants waiting for another half of a year or so, and paying double (the 360 version is pretty cheap now). I'd just go for the 360 if you really want it now. If you aren't too bothered, then get some of the winter releases now and get the PS3 version next year.
Depends if they ever release the game here they didnt with tales of symphonia for the ps2 and the remix version of tales of destiny 1 for the ps2 also. If it does come to the states its gonna start at $60 or you can get the 360 version for $30 or less so it depends on your patience. Me personally if it does come here i am not buying it at full price its gotta be at the most $30 if not namco can kick rocks.
Going to have to jump on the "Wait for the PS3 version to come to NA" bandwagon. Though, the fact that the PS3 version is fully voiced would have been enough to sell me on it.
Just buy it for the 360 now, if you love the game so much you need the extra content I dont see why you couldn't buy it for the PS3 anyway because either way you are only losing about $10 at the most for the 360 version (and the PS3 version may not come out at all in the west which happened with the PS2 and symphonia).
you can get the game for 360 cheap right now if you want. If you wanna wait for the ps3 which have a few minor tweaks such as new characters and monsters for full price than it is up to you. I would recommend 360 since it is cheaper and you can get it like right now without waiting(not because of fanboyism). But then it is really up for you to decide.
Get the 360 version - there is extra content on the PS3 version, but having played the 360 version extensively and reading lists of what they've added...it's pretty inconsequential overall. Especially given how cheap the 360 version is right now.
i'd suggest getting the 360 version now. so you can have a reference if you're willing to import you can wait if you want, but it's unsure if we'll get it eventually
The 360 version runs pretty cheap now, about 20 bucks new at Gamestop I believe. Or you can wait a few months and pay 60/55 when it comes out, I was satisfied with the 360 version myself. x:
Get the 360 version now. It should be dirt cheap, even if new. If PS3 should happen to come to the U.S. (or at least Europe), then you can get that version. If you get the Japanese version, you're going to be having a hard time what to do & what the characters are saying without english subtitles included.
