I also own both and I see no concrete examples there. See what I mean by concrete arguments? Name features besides the ones I already named that make XBL superior. Yours aren't examples, just some sort of marketing one-liners. Besides, preference for an interface is purely subjective. I prefer the PSN's tight design.

The most important difference is intergration. Live is fully intergrated into the XBOX. PSN is an afterthough. It's just one tab at the end of the xmb. You can't even tell when your logged into PSN, from when you're not.
Everything takes ages to update, load etc. Lack of party features, cross game chat, matchmaking, etc.
Takes ages? Set up your conncetion properly. I will admit that XBL is faster though, in terms of downloading. That is a plus tbh. Loading isn't slow for me, so it must be your setup.
And integration is a BS abstract concept, that's no argument to claim superiority for XBL. There's my whole point of lack of concrete arguments, clearly defined features, giving XBL the clear edge, warranting 50 bucks a year.
MY PS3 was wired, and downstairs next to the router. My Xbox was upstairs and wireless. Downloads were faster and updates were ridiculously faster.
Intergration is abstract: How so?
How anyone could argue PSN is better built then Xbox Live is beyond me. May as well argue the PS1 is more powerful then the PS3.
No one claimed it warrented it's price, but i could say the same about PSN's new subscription service, with the much lauded corss game chat.
