I was looking to buy a $20 PSN card but it seems every store has no $20s but they all have Millions of $50s. I always said the PSN Card Starting value should be $10 the $15/$20 and $30 being the highest.

And speaking of PSN do u get tax twice? I mean when u buy it at the retail store is 20 even? And then when use it on the PSN store, do u get tax.

Example lets just say i buy a $20 card, will this be enough to get a $19.99 like wipeout?

Yeah, pretty much. If you have a CC the smallest amount you can add to your wallet is $5, otherwise you'll be buying another $20 card for that extra buck and change.

The $20 cards are in short supply on purpose. The idea is the average consumer is too impatient to wait for a new shipment of $20 cards, so you'll either go on PSN and use a credit card (which leads to more impulse buying) or you'll try and find $50 worth of product (ie you might decide to buy 2 games and some DLC instead of just one game) because as far as you're concerned "you would have ended up buying it sooner or later anyway".

I think that depends on the state you live in...I was never taxed for the download.
