[QUOTE="gameslayer01"]I wonder how the framerate will be when you run Crysis like that...RotaryRX7Just fine. Sorry, nice try. Wow, you provided no proof to that statement... I doubt you can run it like that, seeing that there are no jaggies, so its probably at 16xMSAA or 24xMSAA, it'll probably run like crap.

Wow, you really believe that no PC on earth can run Crysis on optimal settings. That's just lack of knowledge for PC's apparently. Go to Newegg and see the kind of hardware available these days. Pretty impressive stuff.

Just because you aren't willing to pay for a powerful computer doesn't mean that everyone who owns Crysis has crappy framerates if they run the highest settings... :|

Just because you aren't willing to pay for a powerful computer doesn't mean that everyone who owns Crysis has crappy framerates if they run the highest settings... :| The thing is you will only be using that power to play Crysis... one game, no other game needs so much power. Doesn't that seem silly? And no PC can max out Crysis with a high resolution and get a constant 60 FPS.
At least I only had to buy a cheap PS3 to play the awesome Killzone compared to the $1500 PC I needed to make that game run with those settings and not chug along.Jrfanfreak88Uh-oh... Here we go. And yeah, it's pretty freaking obvious Killzone 2 is no match for Crysis. Fable II on the other hand... Did you count those leaves in the Crysis pictures? Fable II has, like, 15,000 per tree. Crysis has only a few hundred. Fable II>>>>>>>>>>Crysis>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Killzone 2 It's simply logic, people.

Whether some random dude can run the game at max settings or not doesn't mean anything.

Have you ever heard of Techpowerup.com?, i could swear there's a person with a similar username. and if so i find this post quite funny.

Sure it does money has everthing to do with it here. Those pics that were posted up takes a nice machine to project that image, graphics like that take money which the masses wouldn't even think about spending thats why consoles sell more...
Good graphics like that equal money no getting around it they go hand in hand
Crysis lol, Killzone 2 kills it stone dead. Crysis runs about 15FPS when you max it out graphically, then it still can only barely touch Killzone 2 which runs at a steady frame rate with better particle effects, animation, style.
It's all over Hermits, Crysis is old news, old badly optimised tech. You need a new game to champion as you are now second best to Killzone 2.
I'm tired of hermits whining about everything.MachineLike7If KZ2 humpers would shut up for once we wouldn't have this problem.
Exactly what i mean. Thank you for this wonderful post my good sir and proving my point!Crysis lol, Killzone 2 kills it stone dead.
