this is so great so hopefully it gets at least AA here at the spot. I am so PUMPED for this game like i loved silent hill sooooo much, its such a great franchise

What i did get from their review though is that basically the story makes sense without burning too much brain cells, which most likely translates into - dumb, simple and casual. How could that be a plus, especially in a Silent Hill game, which are profound phychologycal horror games is beyond me.
Can't wait to play this. Judging from reviews and gameplay vids this game has gone far beyond what I ever would have expected from an unproven American development team :). This could end up being the best survival horror game this year (and it has some pretty good competition, what with Siren: Blood Curse already out and Dead Space on the horizon).

Is Left 4 Dead a survival horror game?
Kinda. Sure, it's like a run n' gun, but the survival aspect is key.
im sadly only going to be able to rent this..i dont have ANY money to spare for any games right now...but later on down the line, ill buy SH:H and add it to the rest of my collection..im really glad its gotten three good reviews so far (with the acception of one bad one..but with silent hill its always expected and the fans still love it =D)
