Since Bluepoint only remakes and remasters, what game do you want them to do next?

Playing Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 without pressure sensitive controls is ass. PC doesn't have a pressure sensitive controller and emulator combination that can simulate pressure sensitivity. It means you have to find a used PS3 and used PS3 controller and play the HD collection or play it on PS2 in ugly 640x480 resolution. I'd like PC remasters of all four games. Since there's no ideal fix for Sony's dropped idea, I guess I'd take whatever the Xbox 360 version did to resolve it.

At first I was gonna say remake, but then I remembered all the revisionism (new art direction and music) in Demon's Souls. So remaster is safer, especially with something as complex as the MGS tetralogy.

Either a Resistance or Socom remake. PSVR2 exclusive.

Honestly I would love to see SONY or MS buy them and open a 2nd studio in collaboration with the main studio to make one new IP and the other continue to do remasters/remakes. As far as a remake, I would love to see a SOCOM collection with full online capabilities with S1, S2, S3, and Confrontation.

I would like to see them remake those ugly not holding up ps1 gems. Square enix Vagrant Story will be a good one. Remake that in its art style with massive leap in resolution and effects. That will be a proper challenge for them.

metal gear 1. it would be nice to play some prime solid snake once again.

A combined God of War 1 and 2 upgrade in the mold of SotC and Demon's Souls.

Same for Prince of Persia Warrior Within and Two Thrones. Sands still looks decent.

Legend of Dragoon, Metal Gear Solid, or Chrono Cross would probably be at the top of my list.

I would like to see wipeout. all of it in one package. every track, every car, every piece of music, all given the visual overhaul treatment. optimised for 4K 60 or 1440p (er...ish..maybe) 120. no 30FPS of course...not for wipeout. also make the tempest engine shine.

It holds decently, but with their engine, the atmophere of the game could be absolutely amazing. This could be a good thing for EA as well. The remake could test the waters to see if people are still interested in the series, and most importantly, to see if gamers are interested in survival horror (which they obviously are, but EA is dumb af, so they need more proof), and not their dead space 3 horseshit. If it does well, they could reboot the series and invest into it.

Yeah, Dead Space still looks awesome. Only thing I recall that was wrong with PC version was that mouse aiming felt off, but was easily fixable with a mod.

The only one true answer is Metal Gear Solid. It's 22 years old, and people can shut up about it being remade in 2003. That was still 17 years and three generations ago.

There is nothing bigger than the concept of the original Metal Gear Solid remade with ray-tracing, tessellation, 4K resolution and 60fps in the Fox Engine (or Decima Engine) with MGS4 controls.

@2mrw: MGS4 is out of all the Metal Gears the one that needs a remake the least. Its honestly two decade away from needing a full on remake, even if it is my all time favourite game.

since Metal Gear and Konami is dead anyways they should dedicated the rest of their career to remaking Metal Gear.

There is a way to play MGS 2 & 3 with pressure sensitive controls on PC. Install the Dual Shock 3 controller on PC with the ScpToolkit. Enable PS2 mode in the options. And then use it for a PS2 emulator.

However, the PC port of MGS2 sucks, and lacks support for pressure sensitive controls. You're better off running the PS2 disc on a PC emulator.
